First of all when assembling do not use the silly angle Allen wrench and 10mm wrench included, use a combination 10mm wrench and a cordless drill with Allen tip on magnetic tip holder. Open all boxes first. Remove all parts and lay them out with letters visible. Take 1 of the empty boxes and use as a workbench. Will take another set of hands to hold parts while hand tightening screws. Put all screws in first finger tight before using drill to tighten. Took about an hour to assemble. After my wife changed the layout of seating for about a week, I installed the clips to hold the sections together. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 bucks more to get an extra set of clips. Three clips per union works way better than 2. We also purchased the 2 ottoman storage set that has the removable cushions so u can use as end table or footrest or actual seat. These come pre assembled, just take them out of the box. GREAT place to store the furniture cover that was included with the set. Had set about a month now, no complaints. I have read complaints in other reviews about getting boxes on different days, the rattan not lining up, 6 hours to build!? Furniture moving around.. Belive me was a simple build with drill w/ allen wrench tip on magnetic tip holder and the box end of a 10mm wrench. Also, those sticky things that you put in drawers and toolbox drawers so utensil don't slide when you open drawers hold the cushions from sliding around. Think mine were Rubbermaid brand. Just lay them under the cusions. Cushions are 4 inches thick and comfortable. They are WATER RESISTANT, not water proof. For the 599 I paid, I could not be any more satisfied. BTW, my 2 Morkies, Rocco and Benji simply love the set. They use it way more than we do! Great look, good price! Highly recommended, especially because of it versatility to use your space more efficiently.

Ordered the 7 piece grey / blue set for $699. (The firepit you see was not included) Rating this a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The unit ships in 3 boxes. A, B and C. 2 of the 3 boxes arrived the next day which triggered a "delivered" notification on my purchase. I sent Best Choice Customer support an email concerned that we were missing the "C" box to which they promptly responded back within 2 hours with a FedEx tracking number for the 3rd box which was to scheduled to be delivered the next day. Sure enough all 3 boxes arrived in good shape over the course of the 2 day window. Packaged very well internally and none of the pieces were damaged. There were a couple of nuts rolling around in the box which appear to have come loose from the feet of a few of the chairs. We found the instructions were clear and the building process wasn't difficult, but as others have mentioned it's a beast to put together requiring patience as it has a ton of nuts, washers and bolts. From unboxing to being able to use fully took 2 people just under 3 hours with a 10MM ratcheting wrench and a multi Allen Key tool. Fortunately the shipment had every nut, washer and bolt to put this together. I would say if you tried to use the tools that came with the kit this time frame would most likely be up to 3.5 - 4 hours. With all that said once built it's an amazing patio set which we find to be well constructed and most importantly very comfortable. The back height is right where it needs to be in my opinion and the cushions are excellent given the price point. The look and feel is exactly what we were hoping for. Well worth the time, effort and money in my opinion.

A great furniture buy! We looked EVERYWHERE for patio furniture. We were willing to spend quite a bit more for a quality set, but had trouble finding something we liked at Lowe's, Crate and Barrel, etc. Read the reviews and decided to take a chance on this set. We are very happy we did! The set is perfect for our family, was easy to put together and looks really good! - The set arrives in two large, heavy boxes. Ours were well packed with no damage. - Putting it together is really easy: - Take everything out of the boxes and organize the pieces by design. There are only a few different types of pieces, so it's easy to understand what to do when you're organized. It's kind of overwhelming if you're hunting piece by piece as you build. Toss out all of the trash right away for a clean work space. It filled up our recycle bin twice. The unwrapping process took a good 30 minutes. - The instructions areeasy to follow, and there are only two types of screws. We opened all of the screws and put them in two different bowls to make it easy to find what we needed quickly. - Start with the table so you get a feel for how to assemble the pieces; it's the easiest. Then do the 4 regular chairs. Finish with the two arm chairs. - We didn't like the tools provided, so used a larger wrench and a hex key. It made the process a bit faster. - Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours putting the set together. Each piece is easy to assemble, just a lot of twisting of screws. It's more monotonous than anything. I put on a show while the kids were in bed and the husband and I assembled throughout an entire evening. - When you assemble each item, put each piece into place without screwing very tightly. It's much easier to get a nice fit if you tighten all screws once all pieces are in place. - Absolutely get the Do4U Set of 10 Outdoor Patio Wicker Furniture Alignment Sofa Rattan Chair Sofa Fasteners Clip Sectional Connector - non slip (Medium(2.135 inches). Without these clips, the kids kept pushing the chairs apart. It took about 5 minutes to add the clips and the chairs haven't moved since. - We decided not to add velcro to the pillows, but the upper pillows occasionally fall down when the kids jump on the sectional. - It's rained lightly a few times since we purchased the set, and the cushions look perfect the next day. We'll probably bring them inside if there is a heavy storm, but the cushions appear to hold up well to moisture. - The set comes with two red accent pillows. The color is really bold, so you'll need a thick pillow cover if you opt for something else. We found a good deal on pillows at Steinmart.com and used those instead. - We found almost perfectly coordinating side tables/storage bins at Target. Lowe's also had some good options. - The table is really low. We've used it for wine/cheese evenings on the patio, but it failed to work for eating a meal. Enjoy!!

We had admired patio sets similar to this one at BJs but I convinced my husband that I would be able to find something on Amazon for a lot less money! Mission accomplished!!! We were lucky enough to snag this set before they raised the price to $699 I am sure that there are significant quality differences between this set and one that costs quite a bit more money, for instance, the caining lines are not straight at all, not even on one single piece (see attached picture) It doesn’t bother me so much because the cushions cover it, but might bother someone else. I love that the set is modular and can be set up however you prefer it to be. I was not crazy about the fact that the sectional setup had an arm on only one side but I fixed that to my preference by making the table the corner piece since we going to be using a fire table anyway. There’s a great variety of colors to chose from and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. It took me about 3 hours to assemble by myself. The set come with “locking” nuts which cannot be hand tightened so I went to Ace and bought a box of nuts as was suggested by another user in their review. The directions aren’t great but it really isn't rocket science either. I decided to put it together by myself while my husband was at work, it was a lot less stressful that way!! The shipment came in three large boxes. Boxes “B” and “C” were delivered on Thursday and box “A” continued to say “out for delivery by 8 PM.” I didn’t get it Thursday so I expected it Friday. Again it said it was on the truck a 7:14 AM and out for delivery. I did not receive it Friday. Saturday morning it said on truck at 5:49 AM for delivery by 8 PM. Still no package. I managed to flag down the FedEx delivery driver and he told me that he didn’t have room for it on the truck so he had to leave it behind!! I called FedEx to file a complaint and notified Amazon too. It arrived today (Sunday). Overall, despite slight imperfections and delivery issues testing my patience, I am very happy with my purchase!!

We bought this set as it was one of 2 with the Amazon Prime delivery. When we checked the following day, it had changed to not Amazon Primer available, and our suspicion became our nightmare. It did not deliver in 2 days as shown in our receipt, which made it very stressful for our family as we had purchased it for a graduation celebration. Instead of arriving 2 days before the party, it came the day of the party, to be exact 5 hours before. The first 2 pieces took over 3 hours to figure out how to put it together, the screws and bolts were not fitting, well thing is you have to hold both ends with the two different tools provided for the screw to actually go into the bolt. Very poor instructions booklet. We ended up going out and buying better tools to be able to have 2 more pieces done before the party. Party time and our set was still not all put together. Very stressful and disappointing :-( experience for us. We second California Momma's detailed review (April 13, 2017) EXCEPT when she says putting together was really easy ... not in our opinion or experience! as posted above, even though we are a pretty handy family. There are NO CLIPS PROVIDED to secure sections together, so you have to spend extra on these. We bought the ones that CM recommended, but the pieces still move a bit. We are yet to figure out how to keep cushions in place, as we've tried double sided gorilla tape but that failed totally. Set is Expresso color, which personally we like better than the expected brown. It's very good looking, and despite the fact that it wasn't all complete we got many compliments on it. We have bought a set cover 117x76x27h (Patio Armor brand, which we found cheaper at Home Depot than on Amazon) for those rainy days, and for the MN winter. It covers and fits perfectly. In all, we like the looks and the comfort for the price we've paid (around $700) We'll see how it holds after time ... that is once we have finished assembling ;-p it!

Beautiful, the black isn’t shiny or weird, it’ll blend well with just about any color pieces you already have. It’s a perfect size for the space above my Pool. Im very happy with this purchase & pleasantly surprised it’s so nice for the price. This is great for a chat space for adults, wine with the girls or relaxing with a book etc. I would NOT suggest it for a family with wild n out kids or teens. It’s lightweight & might last a season or two with a lot of banging and rough use. The cushions are a true neutral tan, any color decor and pillows will work with it. The cushions are made of waterproof material so they slip and slide, I put down carpet tape on the rattan bottom & backs & voila the cushions stay put. This set comes with clips to clip the chairs together, I ordered extra clips to give the chairs a little more “ stay put” power. If your understand this set is not large, has a lower back & is not heavy weight , get it! It seat’s 6 well and is very confortable and really good looking, especially if you dress it up. You can set it up as a one piece sectional or other piece of how you wish. I have it as a sofa with two separate Chairs, table in the center. Easy cheesy assembly. Only metal pieces need to be attached to bottoms of chairs.

Long post: Purchased on amazon on 5/16. The expected date of delivery was 5/20. Per description this item is supposed to come in 3 boxes. Apparently this purchase is via amazon but through a 3rd party meaning if you have any issues well you have to basically deal with the 3rd party (Best choice products BCP). Boxes were shipped via Fedex and well come 5/20 they delivered boxes 1 of 3 and 2 of 3. Missing box 3 of 3 I am calling fedex which they told me that everything was delivered per my tracking number... well after calling amazon and them reaching out to BCP - there was apparently a second tracking number containing my 3rd box. which they didn't share with amazon or myself! Checking the tracking on this 3rd box shows me it was shipped from Texas to where I live....and was also SCANNED and stated " on fedex vehicle for delivery" at 9:46 am on 5/20. at 11:15 am 2 of my boxes had been delivered and my third box at 11:21 am " at local fedex facility scheduled for delivery next business day." well after speaking to they keep telling me it'll be delivered. come 5/21 its back in Hutchins, Texas...to skip ahead BCP tells me to wail till 5/27. I understand this is a fedex problem but emailing back and forth to them is not helpful. I asked to be sent a 3rd box because well its now two weeks since i ordered and its still delayed in Hutchins, Tx. If i reordered the same set on amazon it'd get here faster than their 48/5 business day proposal. They offer to send me box B not box 3 after a 48 hr process and 5 business day deliver window. I asked for clarification whether box 3 of 3 is box B because I don't want the wrong box!. Also asked them to expedite it and basically they don't read your questions/concerns and just say the same thing over and over about 48 hrs 5 business day. I have asked them to clarify it multiple times and still no answer. Now frustrated and I don't want the wrong box and talking to amazon rep, I requested a full refund and the amazon rep had sent a notification to BCP to send prepaid labels for return and to have it be picked up since they are large boxes. BCP response again not really reading what was written to them was that they will not give me a refund since they don't see the product has been returned...which is what we are asking to do? and that they will "not shoulder any costs" to return said products which is still only 2 of the 3 boxes. Again if you buy from BCP beware that if there are any issues with your set they will not be helpful or you will end up paying over $250 for shipping per box.

***Edit*** I’ve had this outdoor patio set for about a year and a half now and it’s held up pretty well. I remove the cushions during the winter and store them in the garage. I will say that buying an another set of covers to put over these cushions is a MUST. I found a nice water repellent set on amazon for about $100 and they are SO much easier to put on and take off for washing. The covers that come with the cushions are very cheaply made and very difficult to get on and off. The fluff inside is contained by a very thin mesh cover that with tear especially the older it gets. You will inevitably get mold/mildew spots so definitely get the zep mold and mildew stain eraser and it will take the spots right out. Overall, I’m still happy with my purchase but expect to spend a little money along the way if you want to keep this set long term. Overall I like this sectional and it is beautiful, but for the price I think it could be better. I really wish the cover fully covered the furniture and had Velcro or something to attach and hold it down so that it doesn’t just blow off. Pros: - it looks like the picture - it’s beautiful and comfortable - I love that you have lots of configuration options Cons: - the cover doesn’t have a way to attach to the furniture underneath and the drawstring is a joke. Yesterday the cover blew off and it rained overnight so now my cushions are soaked. - the cushions are not waterproof. The water doesn’t immediately absorb but considering this is outdoors furniture I was expecting the cushions to be a bit more weatherproof. I had to bring all the cushions inside and dry them so they don’t mold. - the assembly was a NIGHTMARE! Anyone of these reviews that says they got it done in an hour are LYING! it took two grown adults 4+ hours to get all the pieces assembled. If you have your own tools that make putting a million nuts and bolts together faster than it probably won’t take you as long but if you are using the tools provided it’s going to take a LONG time.
