It came wrapped and compressed, squished tightly into a cylindrical shape (probably by Amazon because I ordered several products that came together.) This gave me a bad first impression because as I unwrapped it, it felt a bit soft and wieldy, not the type of support I thought was firm enough for the back. Anyway, not until I sat in front of it did I experience the comfort and support first hand. I don't know if the cost justifies it, because I had to pay $50 including the shipping but if you have to pay less (<$30), then this is definitely worth the price and more. It does what it is advertised for - lumbar support. Very good. Perhaps I should write a 6-month update? Let's see!

What I like about it is it's got a great bad shape and really supports my back and if I sit in it against it it does relieve the pressure. But for me I sit at a desk and I have a large chair and I would like to have a larger cushion to fit the chair although this way is perfect for my car. But otherwise it's great and it's firm and I would recommend it to anyone.

The elastic that holds the pillow on the chair doesnt last very long

I have back pain on and off and in different places in my lower back. I'm too old to do the things I used to do 20-30 years ago, but I do those things anyway. I'm not sure what I did to my back several weeks ago, but my pain has been ever-present for around 10 weeks. I have an inversion table that typically does the trick, but not this time. I was out of options and ideas, then I saw this. I've been using the lumbar support pillow for about 4 days now. The pain in my back has diminished substantially. The front casters of my office chair will fall off the front edge of my chair mat if I move too far forward. Using this lumbar support, that's actually good as it locks my chair in place allowing for more pressure against my lower back with the lumbar support pillow. I highly recommend this product.

It was too firm causing more pain. If you only have pain because you sit all day then it should be good for you, but if you have back pain due to injury, surgery, etc... I don't recommend.

I got this product after starting to get some pain in my back from working from home and sitting in an office chair all day. I use the pillow upside down because of the way my office chair is arched and the back support is awesome for my upper back while maintaining a natural curve in my lower back. It is comfortable and easy to install and has made a noticeable difference in my back pain as well as my posture. I would recommend and wish I had bought one sooner!

I have been having the worst lower back pain from working from home. Tried other products but never really helped. I have only used this for one full shift and by some miracle i didn’t have back pain all day. My back is still stiff, don’t get me wrong (this won’t solve that), but the actual pain and uncomfortable feeling is gone. I don’t understand how it works but it really does. Get it.

i was really looking forward to trying this out. When i received my package it was exactly what i expected. It is very comfortable and feels really good on my back. Unfortunately for me it didnt fit as well as i thought. Im petite, and even after i moved my car seat as far back as i could i was still too close to the steering wheel. This made me feel unsafe to be too close. But overall its a great item.

Se adapta bien a las sillas para las que lo necesitaba. En la butaca queda un poco estrecho pero no es problema. Llegó puntualmente y muy bien embalado.

This is really good. I use it for my office chair and it gives great support and stays in place. I put the bottom straps just above the chair arms which puts it at the perfect height for me.
