very accurate good value
Want to check to vacuum on food vacuum packers . They should have at least 26 inch s of vacuum. with some modifications ,had to add 2 parts to it .. It worked great .. found a good food packer that pulled down 29 inch’s . and others from 19 to 25 .. worked for me tested it against a large gauge i have for my truck too ,,right on the money ..

Perfect tool for your pool pump calibration
Gave me vacuum pressure and screwed in easily to my pool pump. Great tool for use to figure out proper total head displacement.

Form, fit, function is as good as any gage of this type. I used it to set hydraulic pressure on a thumb we added to a CAT excavator.

Pull it down
Made up a purge manifold to connect a vacuum pump to a new LP tank for the RV. The tank is shipped through several climate zones with the valve open and while requiring a purge before use anyway the climate changes with an open valve made it even more necessary. This gauge made a perfect addition to the manifold and is easy to read. Accuracy is not known and at present I'm not set up to check it. So far all is well and the gauge has been holding -30 inhg for three days. The gauge went up to -29 inhg flowing the ambient pressure so I feel that it is accurate enough for my needs.

Great Value
Excellent vacuum gauge for my use. I cannot verify its accuracy but the quality is there. It is glycerin filled which will stabilize the reading. I use it for a carb sync tool so only 1 of 4 engine strokes provides vacuum to read this does not jump around with each hit of vacuum.

Inaccurate Gauge reading out of the box
Small placard on the gauge housing recommends removing the oil plug before installation. After removing the plug & reinstalling it, no change on the dial. The gauge dial never read ZERO.
