I trust these somehow
As with any multivitamin, you're at the mercy of the company over a lot of factors. I supplement with d3, k2, zinc, magnesium, B12, c, protein, and creatine. I was worried about the little stuff since I'm basically a keto-vore these days. I eat one of these a day after my big meal at noon and I guess I've been feeling better? Anyway, I trust the company, and I like the nutritional profile. The quality seems top-notch. I will continue to use these.

Not the best- some were busted and made the inside smell fishy.

Got them for my son
Didn't leave a review before because I bought them for my son and he started using them like 3 months after I got them. But he loves the fact that is only one pill that he has to take and is not a big size. He said he can feel the difference in the energy.
