Why is this so cheap? Seems to good to be true. What’s the catch?

How do i reset the xbmcmart android box?

On the remote click.on the setup button gonover to where it says storage and reset and do a factory reset and then just follow the on screen instructions

Hey Angela, It is indeed. Like any other streaming device/service, there's a "registration" process that will require an email address and a few other things including the Order number of your Box itself. Once you're registered, you'll find that it's incredibly user-friendly! I was able to get my Mom up & running within 15 minutes. Everything is practically autonomous, self explanatory and self-updating. INSANE amount of stream access. I have no doubt that you'll see that it's a great product. You got this!

Does this come with local network channels like abc, cbs, nbc, etc or do you need an hd antenna?

You do NOT get Nationally Broadcasted station's local affiliates. You do not need an HD Antenna, the signal is attained via WIFI.
