Can you get a replacement mixer leaver as the black has started to peel off

I don’t know. I’ve had mine for 10 months and it’s ok. How long have you had it? That’s a worry.

Does this come in rose gold?

No idea what colours it comes in, mine is gold it’s a nice gold but shortly after I installed the change over button to change from sprinkler to normal water output, stopped working and now it’s stuck on one setting

My mixer is only on shower, it won't change. I emailed Amazon, told them it's faulty, they refunded me in full. It was out of the warranty period.
