Honestly I did not expect much from this. Foam rollers always felt like a waste of money to me. Figured it would end up in the closet with everything else I bought and never used. I charge it more than I would like. Never thought a foam roller would become part of my routine, but here we are.

I bought my roller in 2022. I used it for knee pain. My knee pain recently returned, and I found the roller where I had stored it under my bed. It was still fully charged after four years! I thought this was pretty amazing. It works extremely well to alleviate my pain. Highly recommend this item. It’s durability is epic!

This is a great foam roller It helps soothe with all your aches and pains It’s really nice to have on a hard day at work or gym to help with a massaging on your body. It’s firm, but not hard when roll on your back or your quads it’s very helpful It takes all the tightness and stiffness from your legs after a good workout It’s nice to have if you have a sit down job you can massage your feet while you work I will be purchasing another one

Smaller size than what I was looking for. Overall it works though. Barely fits the width of my back, and barely big enough for 1 leg. For reference, my waist size is a 32 - I’m not a very big human.

Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It's a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.
