The Ostba food dehydrator is hands down the very best! The quality is good and it works great! The packaging is totally on point and it's a piece of cake to use! I really like that it has 360° even heat distribution and efficient drying! I think it's great that it includes 5 trays that are food grade, BPA free, and dishwasher safe too! It has very low noise when running, overheat protection, and automatic shut-off as well! Plus it's great for making things like dried fruit, veggies, herbs, and jerky! Overall I give this product two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Worked well, have only made beef jerky. It turned out great! Did take a little longer than the 6 hours but we do like it more on the dry side. Will be trying fruit here soon. Size is perfect does not take up a lot of counter space. Easy to use, not loud easy to clean. Trays dishwasher safe.

This works well for its intended purpose, but it’s rather small. If you don’t need to dehydrate anything large, it’s a pretty good price compared to other options. It doesn’t have any fancy features, but works well.

This is a very good little food dehydrator - compact, easy to clean, works well, and from what I gather, energy efficient. However, in the included recipes, they explain how to make fruit leather, and direct you to use the fruit leather tray. There is none included, nor is one available from the company. Given the dehydrator's small size, they don't appear to make silicone or plastic fruit leather trays small enough for use in the machine. Everything is too big. If you are looking to use this for all the myriad ways you can use a dehydrator, just know that unfortunately you cannot make fruit roll or fruit leather with this, as the recommended parts for that don't exist.

Yo lo estoy usando para secar el glaseado de galletas, poco a poco estoy aprendiendo a usarlo y quede encantada, me ha ayudado muchísimo a mejorar la calidad de mi trabajo, es super sencillo y facil de usar, solo el detalle de que en la imagen que se muestra no se de que ángulo la habran tomado pues es mas pequeño de lo que se observa, sin embargo es una muy buena herramienta de trabajo

Great little dehydrator for drying herbs. I've yet to try fruit. Machine is a bit smaller than I expected, which is my bad for not reading the product details closer.

I bought this to dehydrate homegrown peppers to grind into my own spices and it worked perfectly for that, but it did take much longer than expected to complete the process. Also, as others have said, the trays are quite flimsy and look like they would break very easily, so make sure to be careful and gentle while cleaning and storing them. Aside from that it's a great unit and it worked as advertised, if only a little slower than expected.
