How on earth do we get the rubber gasket into the new blade?

First, please take out the previous gasket from the blade; second, put the new gasket on the slot of the blade, and press the gasket into the slot, you may need to stretch the gasket during installation.

How do you replace the motor base gear when the metal circle in the middle is still on the base? I cant get it off with pliers. Help please, thank you

You need to open the bottom of the motor base, hold the rotation axis, then you can turn the metal circle off with pliers.
