Savannah smock
Smock is very light and confortable, don t realize I m wearing it. Great for wood turning

Breathable, good quality, effective. The price tag is a bit steep though

High collar does the job
Collar fit is snug but not tight, just what is needed to keep annoying wood chips out when turning at the lathe. Zipper is not silky smooth but works well enough. Fit for size medium is about right for 6'1" 180 lbs.(a bit of a belly...) A little snug maybe but will be fine over t-shirt in summer. The back pockets are a nice idea but set so high on the back panel that you can hardly put anything in or out while wearing the smock. They should be attached lower, and actually the whole smock could be about 4" longer in the tails. All in all I'm happy with the purchase. Well made with mesh in the rear collar and also the armpits for cooling. Very light weight.

Great for wood turning
This is a great lightweight smock for wood turning. It keeps shavings off and the high neck prevents the shavings from getting under the smock. This is the second one I ordered after wearing out the first.

light, comfortable
They work well for lathing. The wood chips and resin flakes are kept out of the inter wear of your clothing. It's light and you don't realize you have it on and does not get in the way while lathing.

Not what it's cracked up to be
Fits well. Sheds shavings like it should but... be aware. Even though the front pocket has a flap to keep out shavings, it doesn't. Why? Because they put a hole in the top for a pencil so you WILL get shavings in the pocket. The back pockets? Worthless. The opening for the pockets are so high up the back it's ridiculous. Unusable. So that's why 3 stars.

Size runs small
Nice smock for bowl turning but the plastic zipper sticks and size runs small. Not sure what the pockets on the back are good for since my elbows don't bend that way!

Too expensive .it is actually a barbershop smock. A $20 item not a $100 item
