These are the best shoes, great for someone unable to tie their shoes. Nice and sturdy and they hold up really well.

I bought these for my dad who is in a nursing home. They seem easy for him to put on and somewhat adjustable for any foot swelling. The only drawback is it looks like he had an incident with the velcro and part of shoe fabric is now all messed up, but that is user error, no fault of the shoe. I got them on sale and they have been well worth it and don't get mistaken for other residents' shoes as they are more unique looking.

I bought these shoes for my daughter who has very wide feet. She also has pronation with both feet. We only have found that the Propet mens shoes give her what she needs for comfort. When we found these it was just what she needed! The shoes are a bit big for her. I bought her a size 8 1/2 and when she put them on she said they were a tad to big but not horribly that we would have to return them. Women's shoes she would be a 10. She gave them a solid 10 for comfort She gave them another solid 10 for width *which is great!* She gave them another 10 for lightness.

My husband loves these! Excellent quality, comfortable, EASY ON / OFF Velcro opening!

Purchased for someone with Párkinson disease. He also has a very high arch making most slip on shoes very difficult to put on. He found these to be very comfortable, easy to put on and take off and they helped with his stability.

Amazon fulfillment is problematic. Double check your sizing. 1E-2E is Wide, 3E-4E is X-Wide and 5E-6E is XX-Wide. I've gotten the wrong size from Amazon more than once. I've tended to buy from Zappos, which is owned by Amazon, but more expensive. It sucks that Amazon can't figure this out. I do like the style and material. Not much in the way of support, but it was bought as a casual shoe anyway. You can replace the insole with one that has better arch support.

I purchased them in “used— like new condition” so the cost was substantially less than brand new. I have drop foot due to a stroke I suffered 2 years ago, so I need shoes that accommodate an AFO brace. The brace fits and thankfully the shoe width I ordered was Wide E width because these shoes are narrow to begin with. Mesh adds breathability. I will re-purchase when the need arises. The original size 12W pair I purchased did not tolerate my AFO brace as well as I had hoped, even after wearing them with a thinner sock.However since I moved up a size, my Propet viator sneakers in a size 13W are now my everyday and every step taken footwear due to my lingering /worsening drop foot condition. I will soon be replacing mine (black) with a new 13W in Navy… in the meantime I will also be experimenting with a different “specialty”AFO adaptable shoe made to help those of us plagued by severely incurable post- stroke foot drop. This isn’t to say that I have given up on my Propet Viator sneakers bc they still work for me and my necessity to wear my AFO brace is easily accommodated in the 13W size offered.

Great fit and easy application especially for seniors

Really nice shoes, which I've been wearing for a few weeks now. This pair of shoes was to replace my older Propet shoes of the same model, but unlike these older shoes, this new pair (at a 1/2 size lower) now fits perfectly. Love how: * These shows so easily slip on and off the feet. * These shoes are washable, since it is nice to be able to clean them once in a while. * Propet supports 1/2 sizes as it makes it much easier to choose a size that fits well. The only downside of purchasing online shoes (which are not easy to find in shoe shops in your local area) is that you need to guess the size that's the perfect fit for your feet. Might take a 2nd go to get this right.
