Informative text. Goods points to keep in mind for nurses. The book is geared to the novice nurse, but still helpful.

I have given this book to nursing students and they say it has really helped them. Also great for older nurses to help with computerized charting

Awesome resource for someone who had been away from nursing for a while. I would recommend this book for sure.

Even though most charting will soon be electronic, there are still instances for narrative notes. Good primer for teaching students with a legal eye.

Stresses electronic medical records
I used this book as a reference for a talk on medical charting. I was disappointed in it, and did not end up using any of the information. Perhaps someone who needs to use electronic medical records would be happier with this book than I was.

Nothing new.
This book was ok, if you know nothing about charting in the first place. I was hoping it could give me some pointers on better charting, which it did not.
