The bag is just awesome. At a low price, it offers very good quality and good safety for the laptop. The zip quality is good, and the weight is well balanced — it is not heavy and easy to carry. Overall, it is excellent. The only downside is the bottom finish. The leather-type material at the bottom can get scratched easily and may peel off over time. That is the only issue. Apart from this, it is one of the best bags in this price range, and I recommend it.

Excellent Product and Quality by Wesley
Excellent product. Have used it for 3 years now. Still as good as new, and it's a must buy for laptop bag specifically. Really handy zippers and chains. Love the protection it offers. Best backpack ever. Never faced any issue in the zippers, material and quality is top notch.

Difficult to connect with customer service
The bag is good. But it seems the stitches are not proper within 6 months the stitches are removed. There is no way to connect customer care for that. They have some different options for troubleshooting.

Worth the money
Have been using it for 3 years now and just love the look! It has plenty of space for a laptop and registers. A small compartment for keys and card. I've also used it during heavy rains (not for long tho) and not once did my laptop or anything else got wet
