Disappointed at first, then really liked it.
TIP: When you put in kernels in, put about 1 tbsp. Not a full measurement of the measuring cup provided. The less you put in to cook at a time, the less that end up unpoped. When I did my first popcorn popping with this, it didn't pop half the corn kernels. Then when I hand picked them all out and ran them through again, they damn near all popped. So I put new kernels in. The first time my mistake was filling the measuring cup all the way. The measuring cup that came with it that is. This time, I filled it about 1/4th. That time I was impressed. There were only 3 kernels that didn't pop. The machine works great. I've used it about 7 times. It heats up quickly, like a plug in space heater, and smells just like one too. While sounding like a hair dryer. And it is really fun to watch the popcorn spining. The kernels do pop violently, but that is their nature. Over all very satisfied. I'm happy I went with this newer version for $10 more, since they claimed the spinning helped pop more kernels. I have no way of knowing unless I buy the other and test them. Even if that isn't the case and out doesn't help, the spinning is fun to look at. I wanted a way to have a healthy snack without oils or butter, and this was it.

Good product for the money
Just used my air popper for the first time. I like that it does not require oil to pop the kernels. I use truffle Parmesan seasoning and it is delicious. Some of the kernels got stuck in the main cavity, so they kind of started exploding out the top. The machine also expelled a good number of unpopped kernels pretty early in the popping process. I will use less than one cup of kernels next time. Instructions say to use big kernels, which I did, not specialty small ones. Overall, I am happy with the product as it is pretty cheap and makes good popcorn. Saves my stove top from being wrecked by me shaking a pan for 10 minutes!

Works as advertised
Mine came missing the butter cup for the top, but a standard metal 1/2 Cup measuring cup fits in there just fine and melts butter while it is running. I wouldn't recommend putting in more than 1/4 cup of kernels as a time, as they pop faster than they blow out. If you don't use butter, the popcorn is literally so dry that salt will not stick to it. Use caution where you set it up- this thing sometimes blows some of the popped corn clear across the counter instead of dropping into the bowl. It also blows some of the kernels out before they start popping. I retrieve those & throw them back in, and then it has a pretty low rate for old maids.

Worst popcorn maker EVER - Do NOT buy!!
I've had this popcorn maker for several months and really hoped it would get better. Unless you like lots of unpopped kernels and popcorn flying all over the kitchen - do yourself a favor and don't buy this. I tried several different types and sizes of kernels - hoping to find the one that would make this maker usable. It did not help at all - always lots of unpopped kernels. I also tried various sizes and depths of bowls to catch the popcorn because the chute is so short. Nope - popcorn all over the place. We make popcorn often, so I really wanted to give this a shot. But I finally have to admit the truth - this one just sucks. It's truly a shame! I don't like leaving bad reviews or throwing away things that can be useful - but this is headed to the TRASH, unfortunately.

Works, but makes a mess
Pros: 1) you do get popcorn from it and 2) it's easy to use. Cons: 1) it moves on the counter from the vibrations (I had to wedge it against something so it'd stop moving away from the bowl) and 2) it shoots popcorn and unpopped corn kernels past the bowl. If there was a guard to prevent popcorn from flying too far, this would be a much better product. For context, I'd say the machine successfully pops 90% of the corn kernels while 10% of the kernels get thrown out before they're popped. As for the aim, I would say somewhere 80 - 90% actually makes it into the bowl, and you lose somewhere from 10 - 20% to the floor or countertop. On one hand, I get it: popcorn kernels have erratic popping patterns. On the other hand, they probably could have solved this by redesigning the shape of the spout to control the projectile patterns of the popcorn. Would I buy this again knowing what I know now? No, definitely not. However, I already bought and used it so I'll probably try to make my own system for preventing the popcorn from flying everywhere.

Saturday Nights, In!
Saturday nights are fun again! This popper allows for a quick popcorn treat. There is about 60% popped corn rate, but you can cycle the unpopped kernals back through the machine, so in the end an almost 100% pop rate can be had. No harmful chemicals, no oils, but easy to add butter, if desired.

works okay
works ok, and pops quickly, but it is so short that it throws unpopped kernels out, they pop in the bowl and throw popcorn everywhere. It is very messy as the chute is also very short, so popped kernels tend to go all over. would recommend going with a full-size air popper.

Does as advertised
This machine is small but mighty. Works well and makes great popcorn. Is not as loud as my old one but isn't very quiet either. Doesn’t burn popcorn and goes through the process quickly.

Buena idea poner recetas.
