Dr. Scholl's Ball of Foot Cushions for High Heels (One Size) // Relieve and Prevent Ball of Foot Pain with Discreet Cushions That Absorb Shock and Make High Heels More Comfortable

I got these for my bridesmaid heels, 3 inch open toe sandals. The shoes were satin and the insole was a little slippery. Adding these pads to the shoe was perfect for securing my feet so they didn’t sleep around and cause me to trip. They were totally invisible under my size 8 women’s feet, just position it slightly before the toe ends, not on the very end of the shoe.

I really wasn’t sure how well these would work. I had purchased a rather expensive pair of heels and wore them to a funeral wearing panty hose only to have my feet slip out of the shoes. I ended up having to stuff tissues in the toe box to get through the funeral. Since purchasing the heel foot cushions I can now comfortably wear and walk around in my new heels. These cushions work great and I am so glad I took a chance on purchasing them.

It’s essentially an air cushion; when you stick it down air gets trapped between the squiggles. Pretty sure the squiggles make it inflexible, so it doesn’t stick too well in the bend of heels. However, it did transform one of my cheaper sandal heels and I was able to wear them for a day out (without a car). It kept my feet from sliding forward by taking up some extra space and properly cushioned my foot, but it feels like I traded ball of foot pain for arch and calf pain. Could just be the way I walk, but personally it doesn’t bother me; easier to walk through that pain than ball of foot pain.

I recently tried these cushions for the first time and I'm already feeling a massive difference. Now that I’m prioritizing comfort a bit more, these were exactly what I needed to make my favorite pairs wearable again. They provide just the right amount of padding to take the pressure off without making the shoes feel too tight. These definitely did the trick for me!

I pass these between any shoe with a heel and it’s pure gold. I can wear shoes all night I couldn’t otherwise. Been wearing these for years.

These last a long time and hold up very well. I use them on sneakers and boots.

Do not buy! I just received these today. Put them into a pair of heeled boots first without removing the sticky protective seal, hoping I wouldn’t need to actually stick them to the insole but the cushion wouldn’t stay in place. I finally took off the protective film, stuck one of the cushions into one of my boots, tried the boot on and noticed I needed to make a slight adjustment. When I tried to lift the pad to make the adjustment it peeled off my boots insole totally ruining an expensive nice pair of boots. Mind you this happened within minutes. I’m so upset. Horrible design. Don’t make my costly mistake!

This product made me feel sturdier in my heels and they were definitely more comfortable with them in the shoes.

Didn't help with my burning feet problem.
