how do you use it? The bottle says to read directions for proper use but there are NO directions on the bottle.

I have the Oxycare 3000 machine. I add a capful of the liquid to the reservoir on the machine & add water until it is about 3/4th full. I use the device to spray my teeth & between the teeth. I do it each night before I go to bed. I hope this makes sense.
