Cobalt blue eye liner hard to find
I’ve always used cobalt blue color for my eyeliner. It has to be this color as that’s the same color as my eyes. It makes my eyes “pop” and show up nicely. Lots of compliments for years.

Texture issues
Colour is definitely there but texture is bad for a kohl! Felt hard on the eye which is not a good thing for an eyeliner to be.

Una marca vendía este color y dejo de hacerlo. Desde entonces he buscado...y por fin, el mismo. Es un azul añil q te quita la mala cara sí o sí. Una esteticista me preguntó por el lápiz q llebaba en los ojos y le acabo de regalar uno. Ella tan contenta. Es barato y aunque no dura mucho en su sitio, tiende a hacerse más bien sombra.
