These are irreplaceable
These are awesome instead of trying to measure and drill tap your own holes. These magnets are irreplaceable. You can put your board anywhere inside of a can and mount it with ease. Only grip is that it’s kind of expensive for these and there’s no real replacement on the marketplace that’s not metric.

Best thing since sliced bread
These are the best thing for retrofitting any alarm, access, or fire alarm system. Use the existing can and just put these in the circuit board, then put it where you want. Great for service, too. Need to work on it? Grab it and pull it off the can and work on it, then stick it back where you want. Best idea in years!
