I received this product as a gift and did not take it out of the box. My eyes were hurting so bad and I thought why not try the mask. It was wonderful. It was very comfortable and it stayed warm for a long time and the thickness of it was good and it shut out all the light. I bought a mask for my daughter and now I’m going to purchase one for my son in law. This mask will help people who suffer from headaches, sinuses, dry eyes and any other eye issue. I recommend this product.

I bought this because the last one I had would get dirty from the gel in my eyes. It could not be washed so I had to keep buying another one. This one has a removable cover so it can be kept sanitary. The one problem I have with it is uneven heating. The insides do not always get evenly heated even when I carefully distribute the insides. Sometimes it just doesn't warm enough. I hesitate to reheat because the paperwork warns against heating more than 20 seconds. I can work with it.

I love the compression this gives me on my eyelids. It helps me keep my eyes shut at night. So it works great for me. The heating on it is terrible and useless.

This eye mask is very good for dry eyes. I have used it a few times and my eyes feel so much better. It is also an excellent way to relax for 5 minutes. The warmth from the mask is very comfortable.

Love it, it heats up nicely and retains heat well. However, after just taking it off so I could go to sleep, the Velcro got tangled with my hair. Instead of using softer Velcro like what Nike uses on their Apple Watch band, Thrive uses the strongest Velcro known to man. I ended up having to rip out my hair to set myself free. Safe to say I’m awake.

This is great. I always have tired puffy eyes. A 20 second round in the microwave gets this nice and toasty. I would usually get a wet towel and steam for a minute or so, but this thing is great. The weight to the mask is a great compress as well.

I keep the mask in my freezer and use it every day. I have dry eyes and the mask helps. It's also great for bags under the eyes.

Terrible product. Takes forever to heat up, way long that 40 seconds. I put it in for 5 minutes for it to be luke warm and only stayed warm for 2 minutes, which is not good enough for dry eye. Extremly disappointed.

As prescribed by Dr, this pad is microwaved for 30 seconds and worn for 5 minutes to help alleviate dry eyes. Used 3 times a day.
