Is it possible to install the lock on the door, 40 mm thick.

Installed on my 42.5 mm. door. Tightening the bolts on the cylinder so that the existing door pull around the external face of the lock gripped the door made turning the key from the outside a bit stiff but seems to be getting slicker with use. You can trim the length of the fixing bolts with a hacksaw so perhaps mine are a fraction longer than they should be.

Lock fitted but the night latch wont move even when key is used it will push in with your fingers but does not seem connectedfrightened to shut door a

It seems to me that the unit must be defective. I have fitted 2 of these and had no problems! Send it back!

Can you confirm dimensions of the actual lock please.

HI,Width is 60mm, Height is 80mm, Thickness 25mmKind RegardsAhmed

Is this chrome or brass as 2 different colours shown

If this was the site I ordered from they had the option for either. I wanted the chrome and it arrived within 2 days, excellent service.
