Fabulous and everything I’ve tried turns out superb. Recommend this book.***UPDATED***Thought I should add some more words than a quick one liner!When lockdown started I noticed that everyone seemed to be obsessed with banana bread and to be honest couldn't see what all the fuss was about., so decided to search a a better recipe than the bog standard ones. This is when I discovered Milli Taylor's Brown Butter Banana Bread (BBBB), an it's a revelation. As well as the Browned Butter it also contains rum soaked raisins and it's a game changed in the world of mundane banana breads.... but I digress as it's not in this book but it is on her instagram account so do go and check it out (and try her crisp packet chicken too).I saw this book and thought I had to buy it and I've not been disappointed, Everything I've tried has been really good, I forget to take photos most of the time, but here are a few I did remember! The recipes are very easy to follow and all taste amazing. These photo's are the Moroccan Chicken puffs and Crab, Mango and avocado rolls, The recipes include metric, imperial and American measures so suitable wherever you may be in the world! All the ingredients are easy to find too. All cuisines are catered for and there are menu suggestions and a good list of suppliers too.You must try the Chestnuts with bacon!!!

Not yet made anything as I will be making nibbles for my Boxing Day buffet meal. Lots of little tasty morsels to satisfy everyone.

Easy to follow and great flavour combinations! Love how it was categorised by cuisines. Every recipe has a picture which I love. Would highly recommend.

Parece bastante completo e ingenioso. Es sofisticado pero no veo que sea en extremo complicado. Da opciones internacionales. Tanto dulces como salados.
