How long is the cable in cm?

From jackpoint to earpiece is 125cm. Hope this is of help.

Do these headphones work with Samsung Galaxy phones? Many thanks.

Yes. Has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack so works with any device with standard socket, including galaxy phones.

Do these actually go in the ear? I am looking for ones that don't go into the ear but are thin enough to use when head lying on pillow. Help please?

I listen to them in bed, but only on the ear that is not against the pillow.
