It's basically white skin paint, that you use to make bright shades look better. You will be required to use extra makeup to cover the pale ghost effect underneath, there are better concealer products for less. Perfect for ghost makeup

Yes, its high coverage so covers dark circles well. Just make sure to blend it quickly because it dries quick, I use a damp sponge/beauty blender
