Canny little thing. Heats up well. Stays hot for around 3-4 hours. It’s quite thick. It’s not overly big, (it fit in my letterbox flat for delivery). No smells coming from it at all. When I first heat it up, it wasn’t hot. I squished the thing inside a bit (like you would do with microwave rice 😂) & put it back in the microwave, was boiling when it came back out. ********EDIT…..tried it again last night, 3mins in the microwave & it only stayed hot for an hour. Not very impressed with it last night but I’ll try again tonight to see what happens.

Loving this hottie, so much better than a wheat bag or hot water bottle. Pros: No having to boil water, no accidental burning of wheat (done that a few times) and best of all it holds heat for longer than wheat. Cons: Only one - I found the lambswool cover too thick and not letting enough heat through so I made my own by crocheting a cover - it works a treat and I can now feel the heat but still protected. All in all I highly recommend this hottie.

Purchased for my mum to replace her old one that lasted well over a year. It appears safe and well insulated. It continues to heat after being removed from the microwave but instructions clearly state how to handle safely.

The product is really good. Stays warm for hours. Saves filling with water from the kettle. As regards delivery from Amazon frequently the delivery driver just throws the product on the floor and doesn’t even ring the bell. Really irritating as we have no idea that it has been delivered and it could be left on the ground in all weathers. Not acceptable.

OK for a heatpad for injuries, no good to keep bed warm. Looks cosy but feeble performance in my experience.

I buy these every year, and wouldn't be without them. In the winter, we microwave one each every evening to keep us warm as we settle down to watch TV. Even better if you throw a nice warm fleecy blanket over the top too. It saves having to have the heating on too high, so they are great for anyone who feels the cold and wants to save some money on heating costs. Sometimes when it's really cold, one isn't enough to keep you completely warm, so we have 2 each available just in case! They do tend to need replacing after about a year because the covers get a bit tatty and sometimes they leak slightly after many uses. When they do leak, it's usually just a tiny amount of liquid that comes out and get absorbed into the cover, so I would say it's not really dangerous for children or the elderly. Much safer than traditional hot water bottles, and they only take 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up. Also useful to place on bad backs and injured muscles.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit meinen Rücken zu Wärmen da mir die Wärme bei Rückenschmerzen gut tut. Mein elektrisches Heizkissen fällt weg da ich keine Steckdose in der Nähe der Couch oder Bett habe. Eine Wärmflasche ist mir zu gefährlich da sie platzen könnte da man sich drauf legt. Ich habe dann zufällig dieses Kissen hier entdeckt und habe es direkt bestellt. Es kam schnell an. Bedienungsanleitung ist auf Englisch, habe ich mir von meinem Mann dann übersetzen lassen. Habe das innere aus dem Bezug genommen und in der Mikrowelle nach Anleitung erwärmt und wieder in den Bezug gesteckt. Die Wärme kommt langsam und gleichmäßig. Es ist sehr angenehm und eine Wohltat für meinen Rücken. Klare Kaufempfehlung 25.01.2019 Ich habe dieses Kissen jetzt knapp 1 Jahr und es war schon sehr oft im Gebrauch und es ist immer noch Top wie am ersten Tag

This stayed a comfortable warm for over 2 hours. It is a nice steady heat. Way longer than any other non electric heatpad I have used. This replaced my old fashioned water bottle that would get hotter for only a few minutes (considering I put VERY hot water in) but then cooled quicker so I would notice the temperature difference more. I never have to get up to reheat this when going to bed. A nice dry heat that doesn't get you wet. If you have more than one person in your household order more than one because it will get used by everyone on cold days, especially children.
