I’ve used this for years and the results are great. When you first start taking it, it will take 3-4 months to see any real difference in your skin. Then you will see clearer, radiant, tighter skin. Later, if you stop taking it for a time, when you restart, your skin will respond immediately and beautifully.

There are many supplement options for combatting the normal decline in skin health. I chose Lean's formulation because it's phytoceramide ingredient is derived from yams (unlike most that are derived from grain). I see the results !!! I have been taking these for about a month and can see positive results. My fine lines are gone and my skin is more even, smooth, and refined. I highly recommend this product if you want to look younger. I am 56 and my doctor and husband both said I look about 40. Good enough for me. I do use serums and have always taken care of my skin so that helps.

This made my face break out every time I took it. I thought maybe it was just an initial reaction and it would subside but it didn't. The company had reached out to se if I had questions and I submitted the break out question and never got any response so it was just a form letter. I ended up throwing away more then half the bottle. It is to expensive to have to toss so I won't be buying it again. I couldn't tell any difference in my skin other then the negative one.

It takes about two weeks taking this once a day before I noticed a difference in my skin. I was 70 when I started this product. My skins flackyness and dryness is GONE!! I plan to continue taking this product indefinitely.

Not impressed!! I have not seen a difference in my hair, skin or nails Waste of money but I will continue to take til they are gone, still hoping for results !
