Good flavor and easy to chew
Love these. Really good texture and taste.

Handy to have around, easy gel formulation
Magnesium is very necessary for your body being able to fight off bacterial infections. It also prevents cramping. It's good to have it around and use it when needed. People are not getting enough magnesium because they're not eating enough green vegetables. Green vegetables contain chlorophyll and the center of chlorophyll is a magnesium atom. Eat your veggies and if you feel like you might be short take some of these or take them regularly to make up for the fact that you're not living in China or Thailand or some other country that has a lot of tasty, inexpensive, vegetables.

Works great
I took my first one during the day! Knocked me out for 7 hours. Is great at night and gummie is delicious.

Pleasant tasting. I take it to quiet my mind before going to bed. It says to take 3 a day but I only take 2 and it works fine. Price is average I think it's worth it.

Not great.
These are just ok. There is another brand on Amazon that I prefer. But that brand is much more expensive. And it was out of stock. I was in a pinch, so I purchased these. The flavor is just ok. The texture is a little weird and not really soft. It almost reminds me of a stale Spree candy. Like gummy, but weird. It's also very grainy. If I had not started out with the other gummies, I might have thought these were ok. But since I started with premium, these lower end gummies are not being appreciated. I also feel like you have to take more than the serving size to see any difference. Which makes the bottle go REALLY fast, especially with two people taking them! So I am really not a fan. I did give them a few stars, but they are not my favs. They will do in a pinch, though.
