Top Quality Sardines in Epic Sauce
Nuri sardines are top-quality fish, meticulously prepared and packed. Of the several varieties that I have tried, this one is my favorite because of the exquisite spiced tomato sauce. To my taste it is a perfectly balanced creation of complementary flavors that far surpasses the sum of its parts. No single ingredient overpowers or is even obvious; not even the chilies, yet the combination is sublime.

Tasty, healthy..
From Portugal and so very delicious. I first tried the 4 mixed pack. Decided that the Spicy tomato (their family’s secret) was my favorite. Perfect size for one with some toasted baguette. No smell and good for your health. The packaging done by hand by women is a “work of Art” !!

Don't Try These....... You'll Be Sorry. You won't want any others.
Nuri has ruined Sardines for me. It's like all other brands I buy at the store can't even come close to the flavor and quality of Nuri's. They are more expensive, but worth it. These Spiced in Tomato Sauce or the Spiced in Olive Oil are my favorites.

A Taste of Portugal at Home.
Took a trip to Portugal several years ago. Fell in love with these wonderful sardines. Now I can have them right here at home. I especially like the ones in spicy tomato sauce.

Portugal sardines are best in the market
After watching that one YouTube video of the factory, I just had to order these and give them a try as the brand is not widely available here in Canada. The same day they were delivered, I took a can out of the package and placed it into a bowl of boiled water before opening to eat. The quality of the sardines looked exceptional. They were firm and had no overwhelmingly fishy smell. The over-the-top grade olive oil, the sweet tomato sauce, and spices worked well together. I found it salty if I ate it by itself, so I decided to lay it out on toasted bread with some vegetables. I’m looking forward to incorporating the 3 other cans into a pasta dish or grilling them into tacos. Who would have thought of turning canned sardines into dinner? Nuri sardines from Portugal really are something spectacular!
