Taking this with a garden of life multivitamin & ashwaganda. I take them pretty spaced out & definitely recommend not on an empty stomach. I wonder if it makes anyone else slightly nauseous.

This product was good, but the drawbacks were too much. I felt the energy and bliss of the testosterone, but then I would get headaches, insomnia, nipple sensitivity, my left testicle was also hurting (maybe overworking) and I was also losing my hair. Clearly it was effective, but I may already be doing so much good that this was over the top. The headaches were not that bad compared to others I've used. I am perhaps sensitive, allergic to it also. At the moment, I will perhaps use it as needed when I need a pump. I read that the main compound stays in your blood for 4-5 days (half life in body). So maybe once a week, but only if I need it. I,m also thinking I may be overdoing it anyways, as I get great pumps without it. Even boron is too much, and I still get a good pump and vascularity without it. I also lose my hair with boron, so I may just not need Tongkat Ali or Boron as much as I did when I was turning from vegan to meat based diet. Okay, hope that helps you hooligans!

I first heard about Tongkat Ali from a email list I am on. It sparked my interest so I decided to by this item. I have been taking it for months now. I buy the 60 count and take it until it is gone. That way I take a 2-3 week break from the supplement until my body tells me I can take it again. I love this product they did a great job. It gives me the energy throughout the day and mental clarity. I'm a 43 year old man and this product is great for my health and testosterone. If you take good care of yourself with exercise, meditation if that is your thing, and eating a clean diet you will get great results.

I began taking Tongkat Ali because a friend of mine told me it improves his workouts in the gym. I researched a bit, and like a lot of other people I stumbled upon the Joe Rogan / Andrew Huberman podcast where they discuss the benefits to your testosterone levels from taking Tongkat Ali and Fedogia Agrestis. Further research brought me to Nootropics Depot, and I liked their third-party lab testing. Everything I read in the reviews said to start with the 200mg 2% Eurycomanone because it was strong. I purchased one bottle and started with 1 per day. Toward the end of the 60 count I did not feel any different. I didn’t even feel a placebo effect. I decided to up the strength to the 100mg 10% Eurycomanone and give it some more time. I started with one per day, then two, then just went right to 4-5 per day. All in all I went through (1) 200mg 2% bottle and (5) 100mg 10% bottle over a 6 month period and felt no different. Nootropics doesn’t have Fedogia Agrestis but they do have an alternative called Cistanche Tubulosa, which I tried combining with the Tongkat Ali. I think I also bought (2) bottles of that from Nootropics. I really wanted it to work for me because I prefer natural supplements, but I would have to say it was a waste of time and money.
