Battery issue
This is the second time I am facing the issues with Realme buds Air.first time I got a renewed or refurbished product from Amazon and this time I got a battery damaged product.for what you guys are always ignoring customer satisfaction? I am a regular customer and a prime member of Amazon and I only have the problem with Realme brand because this is the worst experience ever.you should check the Realme products for my next order please I am telling you because I don't have time to waste for this brand.please consider my consern and resolve the problem immediately.thank you

Bakvaas product. Waste of money
Product is not upto the mark. Voice during calls is distorted and caller can't hear me. Fitting in the ear is not appropriate. It slips. Wituout silicon tips it can not be adjusted in the ear. Multi device connectivity is not available. Touch function is not working proper. So disappointed. Can I return this product.

product is good but the ear buds that i got was 2nd hand quality,
had to replace it within a month, so it basically depend upon where you brought from .i got it from Appario retails Bangalore

Replacement product is damaged and product malfunctions
The original product i bought had a call interference in it so i applied it for replacement..today the replaced product came...the box was all beaten up and just had applied tape on packaging and also when i connected the airbuds the left airbud was malfunctioning......i asked for replaced product which means new replaced product and not someones used old junk Very unhappy with your service's.

This was the worst earbud I ever purchased.
Worst battery backup, battery used to drain from 100 to zero within 5 minutes. I got replaced 2 times but none of them were in good condition.

Not Made for Calls
I have Bought this product from Appario Retail Private Limited. I have once exchanged it and then returned it because when i was using it for calls, the person with whom i was talking, was not able to hear my voice. So, if i invest 4k and Don't able to Talk over calls, then it's better to go for cheap products. I think the seller is selling defective products or duplicate products. Please look into the matters
