Where are these AC Delco filters made?

The box it come in says "Product of USA" In a test of filters by one of the car magazines, AC Delco and Purolator came out on top. Fram was not so good. Wix was pretty good as well.

is it good for synthetic oil

Used 6 of them with synthetic oil in last 30,000 miles and no problems to date.

Is the "O" ring included?

I do recall about the o ring. In a pinch I will use the old o ring. The o ring is not distorted in one use to be discarded at the next oil change.

Do the filter can be used with 10 000 km synthetic oil?

I think this filter only works on oil rated for miles. I don’t know if it can handle kilometers without being calibrated to the metric system.
