I love my boots but rarely ever clean them after snow and salt so they have been drying and cracking. This kit really helped they come back to life. Love it!

Brushes and cloth are pretty good, there is space in the included bag for a tin of mink oil as well. I am satisfied for the price.

Wish brushes were better and bigger

Firstly the shoe shine brush is well to put it simply smaller than average most likely to save on costs. It sheds, like I've never seen before. It's basically like a cat. That doesn't mean it's a bad brush just shake it out once you get it and it should work fine shedding is expected however they should make sure there is no loose hairs before distribution. I'd like you to keep in mind I have not tried this brush out, neither any of the other things in this kit. This is just first impressions. Moving on, the dauber did not shed maybe a few bristles but after that it's good. I plan to use this dauber to apply saddle soap to clean my shoes and if you are interested in giving your shoes a deep clean this should work well. The shoe horn, it's basic. Like all shoe horns. It serves it's purpose however it's nothing special. It would be nice to see them use a thicker plastic, and maybe a fake horn texture just for some visuals. The shining cloth, the whole reason I bought this kit well besides the dauber. It's not too thick or too thin. The stiching is mediocre however it should hold up. It feels like a decent quality. Finally the shoe polish. It seems to be the same quality as Kiwi shoe polish. It does the job, but it's not Saphir. You should expect this polish to provide a light polish but not a mirror polish. It will also not last nearly as long as Saphir. In terms of contents there is a lot of polish should last you a while. My personal ratings; Brush: 6/10 Dauber: 8/10 Shoe Horn: 5/10 Shoe Shine Cloth: 7/10 Polish: 6/10
