DAYBETTER Led Strip Lights 32.8ft Kit with Remote and Power Supply Color Changing

I’ve purchased a few times from this brand to decorate my living space with beautiful ambient lighting but unfortunately the most recent sets I ordered both stopped working after about 6-7 months of use. Ive tried replacing the batteries in the remote and switching the adapters but they flicker, occasionally turn on one random color like red or white and then they die again. They dont respond to any remote function. I reached out via email but got no response. Hoping to get a replacement before having to order from a different brand next

I absolutely love the DAYBETTER LED Strip Lights! The 32.8ft length gave me plenty of coverage to light up my entire room, and the remote control makes it so easy to switch colors, adjust brightness, and choose different lighting modes. This was my original submission - The lights installed just fine and worked perfectly for about 7-8 months and then just went dead. I checked all the connections and when I unplugged and replugged in the power converter they came on for a minute or two but then went out again. I changed the battery in the controller, but that didn't work either. Pretty disappointing. But...it turns out that I had a bad GFCI outlet that caused the problem. Once the outlet was replaced the lights worked fine. Daybetter, to their credit, has great customer service and sent me a replacement at no charge (which I will now offer to pay for.) Hope this clears things up.

So I did a staircase with the light set. Worked great at first. TV is near the staircase and the remote for the TV would affect the lights and change the color. Blocked off the sensor but the lights then would not change color. So ordered another one. Put that along the staircase and it was fine but it's very delicate and touched it with the piece of furniture and then the lights would no longer change color or respond to the remote color changer. Okay. So ordered a third set but the third set does not respond at all. Only one strand is blinking and one strand would not come on at all. Using a voltage sensor it showed that power was going through both strips but neither remote since we had the old one, would turn on the light strips and make the color respond. Just one strip blinking. If you get it unravel it and plug it in right away to make sure the whole unit operates. Unfortunately I had it sitting in the box and it is just past the return date because putting it up through a stairwell is kind of a pain so I put it off. On the upside it comes in two rolls so there was 25 ft going into directions which worked perfect to go up each side of a set of stairs and light it up very well. Now have to get something else. It's supposed to have a warranty so... Will find out about that.

After installing,around my daughters bedroom wall there is a section of the LEDs that aren't working. Caused by 1 LED that was not installed on the strip from the factory. I don't recommend this brand, if you do, make sure to take the strip off the roll and test. I tested while on the roll and it all appeared to be working. Also the kit needs a longer power cord as you will have to use about 5ft of the LED strip just to run up the wall on a ceiling install. The kit says 50 feet. But I'm not sure about that. Installed in 11ftx10ft bedroom with 5ft used to run up the wall from outlet and had only a 2 inch overlap.

Las luces están muy padres y llegaron antes de la fecha de entrega. Se pegan bien, alumbran mucho 10/10
