Actually one I recommend
So I noticed my ear was feeling a little painful and swollen one day, and I tried to let it be. It only got worse. So before going to a doctor I tried to find a natural remedy to help. I found this and tried it as soon as I got it! I put it in a plastic bag and put it in some warm water, then when it was ready, I put five drops in my ear and let it sit for 30 minutes like instructed. I did feel a relief from both the oil and some ibuprofen. After about 2 days of using this, my ear is all better. I used it once in the morning and once at night. (Please note I am not a medical professional and strongly recommend that if this doesn't work after a few days that you see a doctor)

EAR PAIN GONE AWAY!!!
Upon using this product; I’m EXTREMELY SATISFIED… I was experiencing issues (pain) n my inner ear after a de days of applying it… The issue was gone…

I have chronic eat inflammation. My dr said get am eat oil. I chose this one. It days garlic and mullien. Garlic? Where? It has no odor. EVERY other garlic eat oil the reviews state they can smell it. So if you can’t smell it it’s weak. It didnt help my ears until I added a few drops of tea tree oil. I won’t be buying again

Item came missing oil and tampered - AND SCOTCH TAPED to make it look sealed
I rarely write reviews and when I do, it's usually because I love a product. But I was so shocked that I had to share my experience with this product/seller. I bought this product one time before and I really liked it. I liked that it was more natural and it really did the trick. This time around, bought it from the same seller. Was excited to get it. Pulled it out of the box and was about to rip off the seal when I realized that it did NOT have a manufacturer seal on it. Looked closer and it has been TAPED with SCOTCH TAPE to make it look like it is seal. On closer inspection, it looks like there was oil missing too. My guess is that somebody returned the item and they "repurposed" it. 0/10. Thankfully, Amazon gave me a refund, but I would not recommend this seller to anyone for this purpose.
