Defective Mould?
Like many others noted, figure came with scuff marks all over it. Thought it may be due to the jacket but doesn’t seem to be the case. Not even a Mr Clean Magic Eraser can save the day here.

The jacket causes the marks on the figure
My figure has stains all over it too. Looks like it's from the jacket. He looks fine with the jacket but remove it and you've got a stained rusev. Bummer!
