Better swallowed whole than chewed.
Pepzin is helpful, along with dietary changes, weight loss, etc for reducing acid reflux & GERD. I wouldn't be without. As such, this is a useful product. I don't know that it is any better than the other Pepzin product I was using. I will say this though...as a chewable, you'd think that would be the best way to use the product. However, when I chewed it, it would upset my stomach. I found it was much easier on my stomach when I just swallow them whole. So if you're one of those people that get an upset stomach when you chew them, try them whole. It's much better......at least for me. On a side note, the instructions say with or without a meal. it is my understanding that PepZin is always best taken on an empty stomach. This allows the active ingredients to freely adhere to the damaged parts of the stomach lining in order to help heal it.

Pain Is Gone
I have occasional stomach pain of unknown cause. 2 or 3 days using these makes it go away. I hesitate to use the word "miraculous," but I've had this problem all my life, and this is the only thing that works. 7 stars
