Pillows are very soft and fluffy. Fabric is great quality and feels just like hotel pillows. The two pillow cases are zippered and very soft. Will be ordering more of these!

Ok! Here is my two cents on these pillows AND ALL pillows bought online. DONT DO IT! Go in person and buy a feather pillow. It’s too risky. I have had my current feather pillows which I bought in person at either Ross or Tuesday Morning and I paid $25each. I bought them 12yrs ago. Every time I take the pillow cases off feathers fly there are feathers in my floors on my clothes. So this is 12yrs of losing feathers. So I decided I needed some new ones I researched and researched and was excited for these pillows. Shocked! They are needing at least double the amnt of feathers to equal my 12yr old pillows!!! I’m too lazy to return them and go through the search again so the only positive thing is I only need one pillow and this is two pillows so I have doubled them up and put in one pillow case. I ddnt want to leave them separate because I need the soft but fullness that I can only get if I double them up and put in one pillow case. Doubled up they feel exactly like I wanted. Will I ever buy another pillow without touching it in person NEVER!

Of course pillow softness/firmness, thickness, etc., are all completely personal preferences, so it's hard to tell someone if it's 'GOOD' or 'BAD' per se, but what I CAN do is describe the pillows so that you maybe can have a more detailed idea before you buy them. To start, the covering/shell of the pillows are absolutely so soft, cool and awesome to the touch. You almost wish you didn't have to put a pillow case on! They are very fluffy, but not super dense. Initially it wasn't dense enough for my liking because your head really sinks deep down into it. It feels cozy and soft, but it was almost too much & having no support to it at all feels like it'd be nice to relax on, but definitely not sleep on overnight. I ended up taking the 2 and putting them in one pillow case and after like 2-3 nights, I ended up really liking it. So, I had full intention of returning them, but now they're the pillows I sleep on every night and I absolutely love them. Hope this helps someone make the right choice!

I have the classic horizontal that I ordered about 4 years ago, and they are the absolute best pillows I've ever had. idk about some of these reviews showing feathers falling out, cause as i said, ive had them 4 years and i have never had anything fall out.. and definitely never had any feathers poke me.. ever. I decided to get new ones since it's been a couple years. this time I ordered the gussted horizonal because I thought the more square edges would be better for a side sleeper.. I've only had them out the bag for maybe an hour, but they do not seem like they are going to be anywhere close to as puffy and fluffy as the classics. the quality and softness are there. I'm just not sure if they are going to be as full as the first ones I got years back. I may have to exchange them and just get the same classics I already have. but I'm gonna give them a day to fluff out and see what happens. regardless. they are the best pillows hands down. super soft, perfect pillows. but as of right now, I'm going to say, if you way a more full and fluffy, order the classic.. if you want one a tad bit flatter, but still SUPER COMFY and soft, then get the gussted. video included with both sets.. keep in mind that I JUST opened the new ones, so i can't completely make any assumptions yet. hopefully it will let me edit my review when they have had more time to fluff out

We have used these for almost a year and the feathers keep poking you and coming out of the pillow even with double pillow cases and double zipper cases that came with the pillows. Thought they would get better after some use,nope!

A pesar que las almohadas son suaves, nada que ver con las fotografías previas a la compra. En éstas se ven mucho mas acolchadas y en realidad tenes que usar las dos para lograr lo que en la foto se ve con una. Marketing!

Ho visto le recensioni e ho pensato che poteva risolvere il problema delle piume. Ma le piume escono dal cuscino, anche se si usano 2 o 3 federe. Però non risolve, anche durante la notte sono svegliata con le punte delle piume che trafigge il viso. Sono piccoline però la punta delle piume, è fastidioso. Mi dispiace tantissimo, perché ho comprato due e volevo veramente un prodotto di qualità per avere una buona notte di riposo. Mi sono tornata per dirvi, che il venditore ha risolto di forma cordiali e gentile. Grazie mille!!!

After 2 weeks of comfortable sleep, We are having sleepless nights, fathers with sharp end nail are making their way out from pillow and there is lot of irritation. I AM NOT ABKE TO CONTACT VENDOR TO ASSIT ON THIS
