This things work wonders. I’ve always struggled to breathe properly through my nose. At best, I’d have 50% function from one nostril and it was more work than it was worth. Looking back I’m sure I was mouth breathing more than I realized and at night it was so much worse. Unless I was sleeping facing up towards the ceiling, the pillows would compress my nose and I’d automatically breathe through my mouth. At first it felt kind of weird having them on and the worst part for me, is that I sweat a lot at work so the adhesive comes off fairly quickly and that they’re uncomfortable to use while having my glasses on. Started wearing my contacts more to fix that. Once I got use to them, it’s weird not having them on. It feels so much better and, while it’s not a 100% fix in my opinion, it’s worth having them. Definitely recommend

For the price, it's a cheap and effective thing to try. Worked immediately for me. Easy 5 stars so far. 5/5 If I had to add a con it'd be trouble placing it on my nose, but that's likely inexperience rather than a product issue.

I’ve been using these Breathe Right Extra Strength nasal strips for a while now and they do make a big difference. My nose is often stuffy from allergies and when I put one of these on before bed I can actually feel more air going through right away. It’s not magic or anything but it helps a lot with that “can’t breathe through my nose” feeling. My wife says I snore less when I wear them so that’s another big plus. 😅 They’re easy to use just clean your nose and stick it on. The tan color is fine for me I only use them at night anyway. The extra strength ones stick better than the regular type in my opinion. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is sometimes they don’t stick as good if my skin isn’t perfectly dry or they peel off a little in the middle of the night. Also if you take them off too fast they can irritate the skin a bit. But overall they work good and I keep buying this big 44ct box because they actually help me sleep better.

These Nasal Strips legit saved my life. I’ve had a deviated septum ever since I was a teenager. In 2017 had a serious nose surgery that helped with my breathing but last couple years I just started feeling low energy even after 10 hours of sleep and almost a weird depression type gloomy feeling and foggy brain. Last week had these delivered and I feel like Superman, legit feel like I’m 20 years old with amazing energy. As soon as I put them on in the first hour felt a cool air inhaling with zero resistance once again. I feel so crystal clear now I’m enjoying life and time with my kids again and just feel happy. Thank you for creating such an amazing product. If I was able to only buy one thing for the rest of my life I’d buy packs of this and would be happy. Will probably set it up on auto order for the first time with anything. Truly life changing

This is my first time using it, I immediately started to wear it because I was struggling to breathe through my nostrils as im possibly dealing with an infection and im still being evaluated by my dr. When before putting them on, I felt like my right nostril was very clogged even though im I don’t have any boogers. My nose is clean. When I first put them on, I felt like I was able to breathe through my nostrils and I tried breathing in and out of my nostrils slowly as I don’t want to overwhelm my body with so much air coming in 🥲. I definitely felt some type of relief when wearing this when my nostrils don’t feel as congested. I’m only giving it three stars as im kinda disappointed with the adhesive! It’s such a good product but for some reason it’s not sticking well even after I wash my face and dry my nose as I was instructed to do so. The adhesive still doesn’t stick and it leaves residue and it’s so tough to clean afterwards. This product really has a lot of potential! It does its job and works well if you put it on right! It’s just the adhesion that’s throwing me off! Either way a pretty good product

These strips are tough and when it sticks is stuck first-time I used it before going to sleep and clean the skin with a little bit of alcohol and next day it was stuck to my skin like a second skin 😅 I couldn't peel it off so I used alcohol (again) to remove it. They work better than the others, these won't come off so easily. I still use it except I won't use alcohol to clean the nose skin.

These breathing strips were good however I'm not entirely sure that they actually do anything. They do slightly open up my nose for better breathing, but it's not too intense of an effect. The strips adhere pretty well to my nose and there's not really too strong of a scent. Would I buy again? I'm not sure. I don't know if it's really worth it.

this product is NOT for normal people who dont have breathing nose issues. for people like me where their nose are loose making it hard to breath. this is just amazing

Very good but over priced in my opinion

These helped myself and partner alot. A little unfmcomforable the first night but got used to it adter that. I do note they are a bit sore pulling off but worth it and never a mark left.

Devo però ammettere che in questo caso la qualità si vede tutta a cominciare dall'adesivo. Il cerotto aderisce perfettamente e si tiene tutta la notte senza alcun problema. Le dimensioni sono perfette e se applicato correttamente (seguendo le indicazioni sulla confezione), dilata perfettamente il tessuto nasale e la respirazione ne trae il giusto beneficio. Avevo provato in precedenza prodotti più economici ma con risultati non paragonabili.
