Does it have two subs or only one sub?

These are only sub covers for the bottom of the unit correct. Ad makes it look like you are gettibh 2 ev 30m's and 2 seperate subs but in actuality you are getting 2 30m 2 sub covers for the 30m

Does this come with xlr cables ? and are there 2 arrays and 2 subs with this package ?

No it does NOT come with the xlr cables. And yes it is 2 arrays with 2 backpack storage bags (which are pretty awesome), 2 subs with 2 covers and it does come with power cable. Speakers a freaking loud, clear and amazing!

Do the subs have 8 channels "each"?

There are 8 inputs on each sub but when used together, one sub is a slave to the other. You can split the sets up and have 1 set (sub + main) in a room and another set (sub + main) in another room and each of those has 8 inputs. Hopefully that helps.
