This is worlds beyond other spice blends and kits because you get a LOT of spices for the price as well as quality and variety without added flavorings, sugar, silicon dioxide, etc. I got the Middle Eastern bundle and I would only buy it if you are familiar with cooking with the spice blends included because they are very specific to certain regions and flavors of dishes and can be tricky to incorporate into mainstream food without some experience in cooking. But if you ARE familiar with these specific blends, you will love this bundle! You get four large shaker bottles of Ras El Hanout seasoning, Harissa, Moroccan, and Middle Eastern seasonings. Each one is very fresh, potent, and perfectly blended. There are no junk ingredients and they aren't overly salty. Two of them don't have any salt at all so you can add your own to taste. I'm very picky about the contents of my spices and I would recommend this company based solely on their ingredients and lack of fillers.
