Elgato Solid Arm, Holding Arm with Padded Clamp

As with everything Elgato you pay a bit extra for the premium product and craftmanship that goes into their products adn this small arm is no different. easy to use and sturdy matrials.

I'm using this to mount my webcam, DSLR and mic. It's compatible with all of the other ball joints you get with the Elgato flex arm which is good. The clamp is very strong and holds the extension perfectly horizontal. The rubber inside the clamp is a bit thin for my liking but it does help to maintain a perfectly horizontal line, I just hope it wears well. A great addition to my elghato arm collection.

Thanks to the 1/4” male screw, I managed to screw in my Logitech G922 webcam. Amazing product.

As always there are cheaper options but the combinations of this and the flexible arm parts make it easier to get in the right place. Well made, and good tight joint locks mean you don't suffer part stream droop, never a good thing.

Simple to fit on the Elgato Key Light, and could presumably be used with similar designs from other brands. Easy to adjust and infinitely variable. Surprisingly stable. Provides a good mounting for a second camera.

I use this for my elgwto facecam. Its attached to a keylight and was easy to setup. Depending length of cable... facecam is opposite side of desk to pc so i needed a longer cable to ensure tidy cable management

Unfortunately this somehow doesnt open large enough to fit onto either of the monitor poles I have on my desk, which are about the standard size for most vesa monitor mounts. Tried filing down the inside so it would fit and still no joy. On the plus side, it’s bloody solid and robust, so as long as you know it will fit whatever pole you’re mounting it on, I imagine it’s probably about worth it
