The first time I bought this Balsamic Vinegar I was living in Europe. There are so many different types and quality to choose from. I went on a self taste test. AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE BALSAMIC. IT IS THICK BUT NOT TO HEAVY AND JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SWEETNESS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT WITH HEIRLOOM TOMATOES BASIL AND FRESH BURRATA CHEESE. ALTHOUGH, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE GOOD QUALITY OF BURRATA AS YOU DO IN ITALY, FRANCE AND GERMANY. Went to a restaurant & loved the balsamic they used in a dish so much I requested the kitchen to tell me what kind they were using. It was this.It’s so good. I’m so bummed it’s no longer in stock after our initial order. It is a really nice, thick balsamic reduction with excellent flavor. I use this for table balsamic (like a plate of olive oil/balsamic for bread or for a caprese oil/balsamic/garlic dressing). It’s WAY too delicious to use for cooking.Please restock!

Not that this needs anymore rave reviews, but I'm very pleased and I'm super picky when it comes to balsamic. I dont even like balsamic vinegar 90 percent of the time. This is thick and sweet but not sugary sweet its like reduction type developed flavor without being a reduction if that makes any sense. Mine lasted almost a year so the money is worth it to me.

My brother initially gave me a bottle of this some time ago and I didn't have a chance to use it right away but once I did, I was hooked forever! I just recently replaced my old bottle and after reading some of the reviews that it wasn't the same I was hesitant to buy two but went ahead and did anyway. I'm so glad I did as I find it just as amazing as the product my brother gave me a few years ago. I use it along with olive oil on my salad every night and find myself hugely looking forward to it as a result; it's that good! Yum!!

I liked the taste but the thickness is not great. I do not understand why the design of the cork adapter with a spout...it is nice but it leaks thru the side ridge...tried multiple times to lodge the cork deep inside the bottle neck but still leaking...that's a shame because it would have been nice to have the option.
