October Kiss: Based on the Hallmark Channel Original Movie

This is my all time favorite romance! It has everything I want in a story, romance, drama, HALLOWEEN, fun and Poppy IS the BEST NANNY. I loved the way Hallmark put this story on film. But Kristen...we need another book now that this story gave way to what's to come in the end! I want more!

Love getting to read what the characters are thinking! This is one of my favorite Hallmark Fall movies! Such a great story about wanting to find where you belong but being scared to do so at the same time! I would have loved some conversation about why Poppy left, the kiss she saw between Ryan and Abigail. It is a quick, fun read with fun characters and perfect for Fall! Or those who are looking forward to fall! I cannot wait to try the Pumpkin Soup recipe once pumpkin season rolls around!

This was a sweet fall romance perfect for an October read. Poppy was fun and Zack and Zoe stole my heart early on in the story. A nice light romance.

October Kiss is a fantastic storyline! It shares lessons about children who face the emotional trial in the loss of their mother. A father who is a workaholic, and a woman who is a free with with a heart of gold, or is she a mermaid? ;) I found myself laughing out loud, getting teary eyed, thinking about life, enjoying the fun and relationships portrayed in October Kiss. The author shows great insight in tough situations and teaches what is most important in the family circle. I absolutely loved this book and highly recommend it!!!!! Thank you Hallmark Channel, cast and crew for bringing it to life! Family friendly entertainment, Love it!!!!

I loved the movie so I was excited to get the book. It was just like the movie but with added information at the end. Very good book.

I love a great love story and October Kiss definitely delivers. Kristen Ethridge's writing perfectly sets each scene and immerses her readers into the story. I can't wait for her next project!!

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in Romance novels. It is worth putting on screen using the same actors.

I wanted to love this book because I LOVE Hallmark but unfortunately it fell a little short for me. There were 10 chapters in this book and I felt that at least half of them were redundant. The very last 2 chapters had the climax but it wasn’t built upon or very climactic for me. I know there was an epilogue, which I was thankful for, but I would have enjoyed more activity within the main body of the book. I liked the authors writing style and would definitely read another book of hers.

Really nice story! I love the movie and it's fun to listen to the story in the car, book cds make long trips much more enjoyable!

writing style is OK, and sometimes even inspired, but the content is just too silly and bleeding heart for me! regret buying it!
