How many do you get in a box

You can get different amounts but I get the one with 20 packs and they are great. Easy to use and when out and about I put it in the cool box to cool the kids juice down on hot days.

Would these be cold enough to use in a lunch bag?

I don't think so. I'm not 100% sure as I have never used this product in a lunch bag before.
