Good phone, didn't work for my provider
I recently purchased a refurbished, unlocked cellphone from Amazon. Unfortunately, even though it was listed as unlocked, I was unable to connect it to the Consumer Cellular network. That being said, the seller, Stalion ReQuip, was extremely helpful throughout the process. They responded quickly and genuinely tried to troubleshoot the issue with me. I truly appreciated their professionalism and customer service. When it turned out the phone simply wasn’t compatible with my provider, the return process was smooth and easy. I received my refund in a very timely manner, and they even expressed appreciation for how carefully everything was returned in excellent packaging. While the phone ultimately did not work for my specific carrier, I would absolutely recommend Stalion ReQuip based on their integrity, communication, and overall service. Just be sure to double-check compatibility with your provider before purchasing.

Renewed/Refurbished is Great
I bought this phone for my 16 year old. Due to her screen went black on her A53. This S20 Ultra 5G renewed is cheaper than a new A53 so I bought it. Only took 2 days to get here plugged her Sim card in it and registered her Samsung account to the phone and it works Great. So if you are on the wall about getting one. Get off the wall. It's a great phone And it looks very new. Now the charger they sent in the box with the phone is junk. ( only .5 Amp chargers) lol but the phone is perfect. Good thing I have a bunch of 65W Charges around to be able to use the super fast charging that the phone uses. Your phone may take 2 hours to charge from 0% this one only takes 30 to 45 mins with my chargers. I don't have a photo of the phone because my daughter was excited to get it. Lol and started using it. She loves it.

Worst Phone I've Ever Owned as a Life Long Android Enthusiast
This phone has some of the worst features I've ever seen period. I've never had a phone/product be such a step backwards at this price, EVER. I ended up going back to my Razer phone from 2018 because it's just better in every way. Gonna have to go with Google after this, because nobody else has anything like the quality Razer was making for the price. I should've known Samsung was terrible after I saw how they made the flashlight on the S3 a SEPARATE APP WITH ADS THAT LAGGED THE ENTIRE PHONE. - Back glass of phone broke a month after I got it. Had it in an otterbox and dropped it on a carpeted floor on the backside and it shattered. Now it has to stay in the case or the back will stab you with shards. -Aluminum shell is definitely just aluminum foil, because it's getting scratched inside of a complete case with no dust openings. -Camera (the only reason to buy this phone) doesn't work. 1x - 5x is like looking through cataracts. Everything is blurry, and their quoted fix is "You gotta shake it" which also doesn't work. It also focuses on everything around your subject. Even if you tap exactly where it should focus. I've been missing out on so many cool moments I wanted to capture because of this phone. -Curved screen so you'll never find a screen protector that works. Water gets underneath them and the screen stops working. Also makes typing a chore. It will select every letter around what you want. This also means the fingerprint reader is mediocre as well. To the designer that made the scanner in the screen, you deserve a punch in the teeth. Same to the curved screen guy. Wish they'd stop trying to copy Apple poorly and do their own thing again. -Every update breaks something else or turns settings on you already had to turn off. Like Bixby, Volume controls, Screenshots, etc. -Settings you can't change or are so buried, they're a chore to reach. They're too lazy to sort by alphabetical order, so you have to guess where evrything is at. The search doesn't work either even if you type the exact name of the setting, I guess the search bar has cataracts too. Most of the time there just aren't options to turn off the junk they include. -Bixby is on by default so when you try to shut off the phone it's like "Hey did you wanna use our subpar service you didn't ask for?" I just want to turn off my phone ad free. -Stock keyboard deletes too fast so you end up deleting entire sections of what you want to say and there IS NO WAY TO TURN IT OFF even with a different keyboard installed. It also has the worst autocorrect I've ever seen on any device ever that you cannot turn off. Captalizes random words, wont fix punctuation on obvious stuff. For reference, the terrible screen made me type "autocoppect" and it had no idea what to replace it with SO IT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND LEFT IT. I typed "everuytime" and it replaced it with "every ingredient". Regularly adds S's and random punctuation to the end of words you didn't want. Always skips capatlizing "i" no matter how many times your reinstall your keyboard or turn "Autocapitalize I" on and off. Even with the Google Keyboard, it seems to keep the terrible suggestions. Doesn't delete extra spaces either. It also won't stop underlining everything it does, so by the end of a message, you just see a mess. It even underlines thr punctuation you miss but it can't figure out when you want to type "the". There's no color difference between the underlines either, soyou can't tell why it's underlined. Is it spelt wrong or did it just edit punctuon? You'll never know. Just do you can see how bad the keyboard is i stopped fixing it because this is what you usually see at the end of the text. So you ALWAYS have to edit every text you type no matter thr context. There is no respite from how bad the keyboard/screen combo is. -Volume buttons don't work on the lock screen so if you had loud music or a video going in a library, and wanted to stay quiet, lord help you. You'll have to unlock it, it'll autoplay and only after it's unlocked will it let you turn it down, SLOWLY, might I add. They said it's for security, and that's cool, but just like how I can turn off screen passwords, they should let you turn off all these junk settings nobody asked for, only to be on by default after the next update. -They have a bad habit of hiding reviews as well. This is my 5th attempt at warning people how bad this phone is, I hope it gets through because I regret wasting the money everytime I look at this scrap heap.

Best new budget phone by far!
I was looking to pickup a budget phone around 3-400 dollars. When I started doing some research, I noticed this deal, where I could get a top-of-the-line phone from 2 years ago for less than half price. Spec-wise, this device is equivalent to the s22 ultra with very minor exceptions (EXTREMELY minor, like camera and variable refresh rate). Comparing this device to all the current budget phones from Google, Apple, Samsung, Nord, Moto, TCL, etc., this device seems to be the best value for the price. Between the refresh rate, battery, AMOLED HDR display (boasting 1400 nits of brightness) , stereo speaker audio, 12gb ram, security/software updates (for at least another couple of years at the time of writing), this phone is absolutely killer. The refurbished part scared me at first, as I normally buy all my devices new, but I have no complaints here. My device genuinely feels brand new. My only complaints about this phone are mostly personal problems rather than the phone being faulty. For example, I kind of hate how clear the front-facing camera is. I may need to get new glasses or something, but the picture is more detailed than looking in the mirror. When I take a selfie, I see all the disgusting blemishes in high detail (I'll work on being less ugly, but regardless, it maybe something to note if you take a lot of selfies, you may need some software to blend the photos a little better). Another complaint is the jarring effect of the main camera trying to switch focus. I don't take very many pictures, but if you're trying to take a fast picture, that might be an issue. The display does not allow for 144hz and 1440p at the same time. It's kind of a bummer, but I'm just excited to finally leave my 60hz life behind. Opening a couple of games, this phone performs extremely well, but I did find it odd that it did not allow for higher graphics options on games like Genshin Impact or Diablo Immortal, since it defaulted these games to high graphics rather than highest (not that I play waifu simulator or Diablo Immoral, but I did need to benchmark my credit card somewhere). Lastly, this may be just my shipment, but the cord did not work for transferring data from my old Note 8 to the S20. Fortunately, you can transfer everything wirelessly, and the cord I got works for fast charging. It's just an odd issue worth noting. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this device. I don't normally write reviews, but here I am writing a book on my experience with it, so maybe that's a testimony in itself. Hopefully this helps someone on-the-fence about picking this one up. Edit: this was purchased from Edge Cellular

Good value for the price
Everything works great, including the camera. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the charging port must have issues because I get an alert when using any charger (including oficial Samsung charging cables and cube). It will charge but not at the rate it should . . . Almost as if there is a connectivity issue. However, I use the wireless charging feature which thank goodness works. Otherwise, I would've returned it back to the seller. There has to be an issue with the USB c port because I tried connecting it to my TV via usb-c to HDMI and the TV will not recognize the connection, whereas my old phone would pick up flawlessly and stream via non-smart TV using the DEX feature. Since it was a hassle transferring all my passwords over to the new phone, I didn't return the phone to the seller . . . Especially since the wireless charging feature works. Other than that, camera is great. Love the 100x zoom feature. Looks brand new. No visible scratches on front or back. Would've loved to give it 5 stars but they should really check ALL the features before shipping their items.

Great used phones
2nd one bought from these guys. Both Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultras. Last one had screen broke after 2 years. Bought another one. These look brand new, not ymysed at all. The battery has always been great, zero scratches on screen. Quick delivery. I always buy flagship phones couple years old. Just a waste of money to buy newest out there when these S20 are still capable of everything I use. Anyways......the sellers legit.

Old new phone to me
1400 dollar phone for a couple hundred dollars. It's no longer supported with regular updates, but my last phone was an S9 ultra and I'd still have it but the battery was dying and is now extremely difficult to charge. The old S9 updates stopped almost 3 years ago. This phone is a stop gap, but it works well. I could have spent less money, but I like the fact that it can store over 1.5 TB with an appropriate SD card. No need to depend on the cloud for every little thing. I however could backup everything on both the cloud and my phone. I most likely replace this phone in 2 years if necessary. Also this phone was super easy to setup. But updating passwords was time consuming. It's a little bigger that my old phone but I can work with it. Battery life is awesome (to use a 90s catch phase). Reception is good and the wifi Hotspot works well. No need to use hotel wifi as it allows the my fire tv to stream easily in most locations.

Renewed, but with some quirks
This is my second venture with a "renewed" phone. I bought one from another retailer outside of Amazon that was supposed to be 'fully unlocked' but when I booted it up, it turned out to be locked to AT&T, so after some issues with that seller, I returned it. After that ordeal, I was hesitant about the whole "renewed" experience, but I found this one here on Amazon and decided to try it based upon other reviews. I needed to replace a broken phone and was not prepared to pay for a new S series phone. While this was a better experience, it had some quirks. It says "fully unlocked" in the description and maybe I misunderstood what that means vs. "factory unlocked," I don't know. When I went to put my T-Mobile SIM card in it, there was already and AT&T SIM card in it. (guess the seller forgot to pull it) I was a little concerned this would be an issue, but no, my T-Mo SIM worked and connected to the 5G network with no issues. There did seem to be some bloatware/game apps that I deleted after checking. Being 3 years old, it did need Android updates and Samsung updates. The updates took awhile, but it did update to Android 13 and Samsung One UI version 5.1. It seemed to get stuck on that last Samsung update, but after clearing the cache and using the repair feature in the boot menu it is operating just fine. When I accessed my Samsung account, it is listed as Xfinity Mobile so it is not a "factory unlocked" phone like my S22 Ultra I bought directly from Samsung. As far as cosmetics of the phone, it has one flaw that I can see. The weird bubble on the back camera glass as shown in the photo. Don't know what it is or why, but it is not affecting the photo, video, or flash. I found no scratches, dents, or dings. That I'm happy with and feel meets the product description for a "renewed" phone. As I was able to do what I needed to do for updates, apps, etc., so I didn't feel the need to contact the seller. Overall, because of the mystery SIM card, the Xfinity Mobile description, the weird bubble on the back, and the "fully unlocked" description, I'm not thrilled with my purchase experience so I don't feel it worthy of more than 3 stars. I think it was a 'fair' experience and thus 3 stars is fair. I will keep and use the phone especially since it's the last of the micro SD card flagship phones from Samsung. If you haven't bought a "renewed" product yet, I'd say give it a try, but be openminded about it.

Great value for a flagship phone in 2023. You won't be disappointed.
I was really surprised that it was in pristine 10/10 condition. Came with the phone, 2 sim tray removal tools , USB C cable and an adapter. I would suspect that the phone is straight out from Samsung as it hasn't even got updated software and OS wise since 2020. I set the software update to automatic and it went through 5 consecutive updates and it is now running on Android 13 and One UI 5. All function perfectly and especially the present price at $425 comparing to years ago when it came out at around $1600.00. It is a flagship phone that still ace in 2023. A great value purchase! I would recommend.

Immaculate!
I recieved this phone today (S20 Ultra) and it is immaculate. I was also pleasantly surprised because it came with the OEM 25 watt charger and USB C to USB C cable. So far the battery is great and the phone is running smoothly.

Excelente producto

Not great
First thing i checked when i got the pgone was the camera, and like many other reviews there was specks of dust. I was willing to overlook that until i saw that the simcard tray doesn't even sit flush with the phone, which renders the phone not water resistant. Lastly, when I turned the brightness all the way down everything felt like it had red casted over it, nothing was its true colour and the contrast seemed very high even though no settings have changed other than brightness. Otherwise, the phone functions well but I cant overlook these flaws. Will be returning. Seems like its very hit or miss with these refurbished sellers
