I always buy this gaggia decalcifier product as it’s the one recommended for my coffee machine. I haven’t tried any other products as this one works so great every time. I buy two as it’s better value buying them in bulk.Simply follow the instructions in the manual which comes with the coffee machine or you can download it online if needed. The process takes about 30 minutes from start to finish including cleaning all the different parts in the machine as well.Tip.The liquid that comes out when cleaning I always put inside the kettle and use it to de-scale the kettle at the same time. Cleaning two products for the price of one is great as the kettle comes up sparkling as well.
