Husk
I’ve tried their husk powder before, and this one is absolutely on point! I use it as a daily source of fiber and take it early in the morning before breakfast. My routine is simple: I mix one teaspoon each of flax seeds and chia seeds along with this husk and about 30g of oats, soak everything overnight, and drink it in the morning. It works wonderfully for digestion and keeps things regular. The powder form is also very effective, but it tends to become very thick if left in water for too long, which makes it a bit difficult to swallow. That’s why I prefer this version—it’s much easier to consume while still delivering great results. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve digestion naturally

Great quality
Really pleased with this. 3 tsp in a glass of fruit juice every day to boost fibre intake. Does the job.

Great product
I usually buy from Grape Tree in store but was fed up waiting for the delivery to arrive (10 days and 2 wasted visits to the store!) so looked online. This is a very good product and comes in a decent sized pack of 500g - perfect for making seed breads and for adding to fruit and yoghurt breakfasts. Ordered via Amazon and it was delivered to local locker within 48 hours - result!

Good one!
Good quality psyllium husks. I use them for baking and sometimes mix a little in water for extra fibre. They don’t have much taste, which is nice, but the texture is a bit grainy if you drink it straight. Works well as long as you drink plenty of water. good value and does what it should.

Really effective!
That's it. Really effective. Helped me with... you know... a stomach issue I'd had for weeks. 1) Don't overload on it. Try the lowest dose first and allow two days 2) Do not leave it for too long in yoghurt or a shake or juice - the grains will soak up the liquid and turn it into an inedible solid thing

A gentle laxative at a fraction of the price of a well-known brand
Being of a certain age my bodlily functions are a little lethargic and I rely on high fibre supplements to keep things moving. I used to take Fybogel but found this rather expensive. Then I read that the main constituent, ispaghula husk, is also known as psyllium husk and the latter can be bought for a fraction of the cost of Fybogel. I just stir one or two teaspoons of psyllium husk into a tumbler of water and gulp it down. It has no taste but its consistency is similar to wallpaper paste. If you want a small amount of orange squash can be mixed in and you have your own version of Fybogel. Incidentally, (and please do not read this while eating) I discussed the taking of psyllium husk with my doctor who was quite happy with my taking it indefinitely. It is an osmatic laxative which sucks water into the gut and causes the stools to soften and expand. so that they can be passed without difficulty. No adverse affects are known with this laxative. Other laxatives can affect the muscles and cause problems if taken long term.
