Well, the time has come to say goodbye to Fitbit. I was hoping the Google acquisition would make their buggy products better. Wrong. Google keeps tearing apart the best part of Fitbit: its unique features and the user interface/platform. Now Fitbit is coming to an end by 2025, I'm replacing everything with Apple Health. I was quite content with the Fitbit Aria and didn't know the smart scales had gotten cheaper! After searching for a while, the aesthetic and additional health analytics, I settled with this one. It's quite an impressive amount of stats this scale pulls, I know it's just a different variation of BMT analysis but still :) Are they legit? That may be a different story. For entertainment or inspiration purposes, I'm enjoying additional data. They tell you if your stats are above the normal range showing numbers in yellow or red depending on how off they are. Yikes but helpful. The app is intuitive and quick to set up. It's better than Aria. If you are on the fence, give it a try.

I was hell bent on ordering a FitBit scale to help me keep track of my weight loss progress, but after discovering that I am more of an Apple watch fan, I knew there was no point in trying to spend $100+ on a scale that wouldn't connect with an Apple Watch. After reading the reviews for this scale, I decided to purchase, and I will say.... I will NEVER go back to a normal scale again. Everything about this scale makes it super easy to use. Just put it on the ground, make sure your Bluetooth is on and you have downloaded the app and signed up, and you are good to go! I even have my fiance logged onto it so we can both keep track of our progress. I attached a few photos of the scale to help others, along with a screenshot of the app its self. The app is super easy to use and the layout is user friendly that anyone (even my 70 year old grandmother) could use it and understand its features. Takeaways: Pros: - Easy to use app and scale - App is very easy to use - Scale automatically connects to your phone when Bluetooth is on and automatically reads your stats when you step on (no waiting) - The white (versus the previous black version I had) makes it extra sleek and does not show dust - Easy to change/add user and see stats of your progress - Automatically detects strange weights (like when my cat decides he wants to try it out) - VERY accurate (stepping on 5+ times and it constantly reads the same weight) - Totally free app, no purchases or subscriptions Cons: NONE

Super easy to set up and easy to use if your phone isn’t near you. I originally had the ES-20M model (which is substantial) but gave it to a family member for their weight loss journey. The best part is you don’t need to have your phone near you. Once set up, it will connect to your WiFi, upload your records to the cloud, and then your phone. It shows your BMI, weight, and fat% right on the screen, which the other model didn’t. I posted an unboxing video and how easy it was to set up. The new-look is super sleek and blends well into our bathroom. I would recommend to friends, family, and random people.

Ok so there are probably few thousand scales on Amazon and once you begin researching your head will start spinning. What to buy, how accurate is it, does it work, is it good? There are hundred questions one can ask and spend hours researching and reading reviews. Well lucky for you I did all that and I am happy with this purchase. Please see all the Pros vs Cons below. Pros: 1. Price: For 49.99 you are really getting a decent scale accurate scale with an app to track your progress. There are many other scales on here twice the price who I know for a fact do the same thing as this scale. 2. Weight accuracy. Unlike my old digital scale that started to spit the same few lbs back to back this one is pretty near impressive with accuracy. How do I know? Well I took a 30lb dumbbell and after calibration it read 29.5lbs So give or take that .5lbs which for all I know could be the dumbbell itself is pretty impressive reading. 3. Both WIFI and Bluetooth connection capabilities. I don't know about you but my Bluetooth is hardly enabled on my phone so to enable it for a reading then disable it to save battery seemed like a daunting task for me why I went for one with WIFI option. Once you get the WIFI setup you can disable the Bluetooth and it will just send reading via WIFI only. Cons: 1. Scale numbers are very small. Yes, I know it's integrated with the app but numbers are pretty small and in the morning half asleep you have to try really hard to read what that scale says. 2. Built: Although it's compact it also feels a bit flimsy. I mean it's a $50 scale I wasn't expecting Titanium but built is a bit poor so not sure how long this will last. 3. App design is buggy. It took me a good 15 minutes just to setup the WIFI. For some reason it kept dropping it and I had to manually add it a few times. App is rated 3 star on Android store for a reason I guess.... 4. Other measures: App also has Athletic mode option. This measures your BMI, Body Fat %, Metabolism level, and many other in depth reading. But, trust me non of them are accurate so you might as well just use them for info. I know for a fact my out of shape self is not 15% body fat heck I wish I was. There are machines that cost thousands that measure this accurately and can be found at some gyms called InBody. So if you really want accurate body fat % step on one of those. Final verdict for under $50 you can't go wrong with this scale. The app is not the best looking or user friendly but if you can fight off the few bug this scale is definitely worth it. I'm glad I made the purchase and I would recommend this. So comparing the Pros vs the Cons I can definitley recommend this scale. Finally I have something

This scale is an example of what has happened over the past several decades of miniaturizing and turning otherwise banal items into IOT devices. The scale is accurate to a tenth of a pound and provides a slew of data points via bio-impedance, including body fat,muscle mass, body water and BMI each time one weighs. The data is collected and stored on the app either by Bluetooth (if your phone is nearby) or via wi-fi if not. All of the data is then viewable later on the app, which includes discrete, date stamped measurements, as well as trends over time. A conventional analog scale of reliable quality used to cost well over a hundred dollars. This costs less than half that, is very accurate, and collects a great deal more useful data which can be tracked over time. Highly recommended.

This scale is consistent and the wifi works well as an option to track in the app. It does chew through batteries every 6 weeks or so. I had to upgrade from the Renpho bluetooth only model when the bluetooth stopped working. I'm much happier with the wifi model and after about 4 months, it keeps working well. It is about 1.5% lower body fat % than my last DXA scan, but now that I know that, I can easily track it and it was more accurate on fat and fat free mass than my Drs scale, which I am sure cost $1000s. That said, it works mostly off of relational math, so gain 2, lose 2 and it moves all metrics up and down it seems, so how perfect is the fat % really....meh as good as any home scale is my sense. It is directional and seems to help me - so I like it.

Love this scale, integrates seamlessly with wifi through my phone so I can just step on in the morning and forget about it, but everything is still tracked. Looks sleek and the insights into your health are great.

Scale is old--at least 13 years--and still does all calculations, but will not (and never would) connect to Bluetooth. Calle customer service to be told that its too old to connect to BT. (It still connects to wifi just fine.) If it as supposed to connect when it was new, and everything else is working--I'm still getting the body information, it seems to me it should work now. I spent a long time searching for the "how-to" until inging the cutomer service number where I as "helped "by a not very friendly agent. I'm frustrated!

Está diseñada para usarse con su App, la cual no es la más intuitiva pero no está mal. Las funciones de graficas y de comparación entre días son útiles, tiene sonidos para incentivarte cuando logras una meta o advertirte que no te fue bien (opcional). En cuanto a la báscula es bonita, se ve de buena calidad, números grandes y en pantalla brillante para fácil lectura si quisieras sólo verlo en la báscula, aunque la utilidad verdadera está en usarla con su App. Tengo un par de meses usándola y puedo decir que hasta ahora me ha parecido confiable, muy fácil de usar y útil para entender resultados. Creo que por el precio es una buena compra.

Bought August 2023 and they have only now gone wrong April 2026 - have been in constant use in that time. I will be buying another as for the price this scale is great! Love how easy it is to use and the app tracks all your results in graphs and it displays all the metrics so well so you can see where improvements have been made in your fitness/ weight loss journey - RIP to my old scales but absolutely 💯 worth purchasing for anyone on the fence. And after 3 solid years of use I feel this is definitely a worthy review to take into account.
