Bought about 2 months ago. It worked fine for a while. Tried to use it today and batteries were dead. No problem, I have new ones. New batteries in, it came on. BUT no numbers displayed. On/off several times and same result. Display will light up but nothing is displayed. It should have lasted more than 2 months. UPDATE: If the scale had not failed, I would have given a 5-star rating. Although my order was past the Amazon return date, the vendor reached out and offered me a full refund. For this reason, and knowing electronics have a possibility for Sudden Infant Failure that cannot be anticipated,, I am revising my rating. This is the kind of customer service I like to see.

The scale arrived quickly and met my expectations. I have only used it once to weigh necklace, but it seems to be decent quality, and is nice and compact.

This is the 4th digital scale I’ve purchased. It’s the first I bought through Amazon & the first that’s actually worked. It’s accurate & easy to use. I love that the calibration weight came with it. I purchased calibration weights for the other 3 scales but I am unable to calibrate them probably wrong weight. Now I know it’s the correct weight. Great plus to include the weight.

Latch doesn't latch. I almost overlooked that as a whatever defect. But the count function which is most of what I bought this for required a minimum initial count of 25 pieces. Options are 25 or 50. Virtually every other count scale I've seen has options starting at a minimum of 10 and going up if better averaging is needed.

It small enough to go in a pocket or purse. I needed something to weigh the jewelry kept in the bank, so it was easy to carry. Backlit display shows the result almost instantaneously. It comes with a small weight to calibrate it. I only used that weight once to calibrate the machine. I wish it came with an optional bowl as the weighing panel is small. But for small jewelry item like bangle, necklace and earrings, it wasn't an issue.

Absolutely perfect! Extremely accurate for very small amounts. Its easy to use and turns on and off quickly. I'm Happy!

If you need laser precision look elsewhere and spend more. This is as good as it gets in the cheap seats.. included calibration weight makes it good value, everything works well enough and the cover is practical. Gripes... Detachable cover would be nice. And surely by now we can do better than ±0.03g tolerance - but they're all this way.

The product worked just one time, today November 3 when I was trying to use it again. It did just simply not worked. NO way to complain, or request refund or nothing.

I've had a lot of scales over the years but this one's like perfect, you just take a red Dixie cup and you put it on and scale up whatever you need to after you tear it. It's great for scaling weed or mushrooms. Not good for really low point accuracy. But I tend to always tear a cup.
