I have been buying these underwear for yrs, and they used to be cheap cotton & have a white, red & blue traditional waistband. When I opened this pack, I was surprised to see they were different. They are all black with better heavier cotton, & the waistband is improved to a more modern style & not the white elastic, but a nice black stretchy material. I love these, they are so comfortable & more durable than before. I am happy they changed them! I will keep buying. The best for bigger guys.

Great wider elastic waistband
These are great quality briefs; comfortable and hold up for a long time. Especially appreciated is the wider waistband than all others I've tried...much needed for an overweight guy like me.

Loose-fitting (like a kilt with a crotch), well-made, but over-priced!
$30 base cost + $10 shipping + state taxes = $50 for three boxer briefs?!? I have actually gotten a three-pack of underwear from a boutique for $30. Harbor Bay, lower the price or get rid of that delivery charge. I won't be buying again, which is too bad since it's an otherwise good product. PS: I realize the shipping charge was listed in the item description, but not until checking out. It's rather bait-and-switch feeling when something is on Prime, then having such a proportionally-bloated shipping charge.

I walked in the DXL store in real life, the lady there was like "you want boxer briefs? they're not for YOU right?" [her emphasis], yes DXL store saleswoman, they are for me. I am 7 inches and 1/4th quarter long in my private parts, with a long droopy... male sack. These boxer briefs are the best I have ever worn in my 25 years on this planet. I have worn Hanes regularly my entire adult life, and tried 5-6 different "other brands" in the LARGE (L) size in the past 2 years. I have spent upwards of $150 on underwear before finding these. Now I have the real deal here. I can even sleep in these comfortably!!! (with Hanes I had to wear them with the elastic strap halfway down my buttocks to feel comfortable at my male private parts) but with Harbor Bay (XL size)? I can finally sleep soundly. As for my waist, does the elastic hold up? After 3 weeks, I can say YES!

If Goldilocks was a middle aged guy rocking a dad bod, these would be the boxer briefs she’d choose! Quality drawers. Just the right amount of stretch. Doesn’t feel like you’re wearing bike shorts, but not saggy and baggy either.
