1.5 Inch Button Maker Machine Complete Starter Kit

I ordered this on November 20th and, despite Thanksgiving and traveling from New York to California, the package was on my porch by the 24th! Everything came in mint condition and the instructions were clear enough for me to start making buttons the next day. The circle cutter is the only thing that's given me trouble (you have to put it together yourself and the instructions aren't very thorough), but I've had success using scissors. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to make buttons but doesn't know where to start. I love that it comes with templates for so many computer programs!

The die holding the paper cutouts is off by a mere fraction of an inch. We've tried multiple paper cutters on 1.5in and they all had the same issue. Using default cutters still requires manual trimming of the paper before the machine will press a successful pin together. The company says they have a cutter for something like $80 that "fixes" this but I'm not sure I want to throw good money after bad, even if I can return it. As such, the machine is currently out of commission while I try to justify buying another accessory or not.

I have made well over 1,000 buttons/magnets! This is the best size I could hope for and the machine does its job very well! I love making buttons, its therapeutic almost! Buy 1.5 inches you will love it!!!

Operates smoothly and easy enough for a beginner to use right away. Bought it for my daughter and she is using it to make her own buttons and also some for her friends. She loves it.
